  On Aug 29th i went to Zips to wash my car. It was super busy because they were launching the business and washes were free! While drying and detailing my car, I didn’t realize my car alarm had been going off the entire 45 minutes resulting in car not starting when done. April, like the month she said, was fantastic. She knew exactly what the problem was and had a solution To get me back on the road. April and her staff went above and beyond, super friendly, great service. I Will be back.thank you, April for saving the day.

  Complete waste of time – zero communication I pulled in today at 2:30 PM and was told to wait just "a couple of minutes" while they finished maintenance. Fast forward over 30 minutes later – not a single employee bothered to come out, give me an update, or even acknowledge I was still sitting there. I finally had to just leave with a dirty car and an hour of my life wasted. If they knew it would take that long, they should have been upfront instead of brushing me off. There’s no excuse for that level of poor customer service. Save yourself the frustration and drive 5 extra minutes to the Fuquay location – they actually value your time and I’ve never had an issue there. Never coming back here.

  This is my second time at this location and my experience has been not that great both times. Honestly I wanted to give this car wash one more chance and they failed due to customer service. When I pulled up the kiosk I paid for my wash and proceeded to go through but no one was near the line so someone who is new to this location I would expect someone to help me down the line like anywhere else. I proceeded to drive down the belt slowly to the sign expecting it to light up since no one was outside. One of employees came out with a horrible attitude and told me to back up which I did and honestly from her attitude I will never come back to this car wash and will continue to give Sam’s Xpress my loyalty. My car was also not that clean from the $24 wash, where I had to wipe things off myself. AGAIN WILL NOT RETURN AND THERE NEEDS TO BE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING ASAP‼️

  I’ve been to multiple Zips Car washes. Kobe at the Holly Springs location was by far the best customer service I received. The holly springs location is my go to for sure!
