  They turn off vacuums when it rains, or in this case when it’s cloudy, and they also don’t put any signs up. So essentially I washed the outside of the car, but couldn’t do the inside. When I asked in the front why they would let people pay for a service and not be able to use the second half of the service, they said the vacuums are free, and all that we paid for was the wash. But because of the “rain” they couldn’t turn them on. Writing this for someone who doesn’t know this like myself and the four others that paid for a wash behind me but then couldn’t use the vacuums. Very crappy service

  Rude staff, "clean towels" are wet and used, no spray bottles for windows and cleaning. Luckily, I had a free coupon so I got my money's worth. There are much better options in Holly Springs and Apex.

  The vacuums need to be maintained. I can never find one that does what I need it to.

  On Aug 29th i went to Zips to wash my car. It was super busy because they were launching the business and washes were free! While drying and detailing my car, I didn’t realize my car alarm had been going off the entire 45 minutes resulting in car not starting when done. April, like the month she said, was fantastic. She knew exactly what the problem was and had a solution To get me back on the road. April and her staff went above and beyond, super friendly, great service. I Will be back.thank you, April for saving the day.
