The wash quality is awful- my car still had grime and dirt across the bottom panels, hood, hatch, windshield etc. Prices have increased and are absolutely not worth it when my car still looks like it needs to be washed.

He took the time to welcome me, walk me through all the great amenities on-site, and make sure my car came out looking spotless. As I was finishing up at the vacuum station, I watched him go above and beyond to check in on other customers and lend a hand wherever needed. Wilson’s customer service is top-tier. I definitely recommend getting your car washed here!

Wilson is truly a great guy—incredibly generous, humble, and dedicated to ensuring every customer is taken care of. He took the time to explain all the amenities available on site, including a mat-cleaning service I had no idea was offered! While vacuuming my car, I watched him proactively helping other clients too, even personally washing a customer's floor mats and handing them right back while they detailed their vehicle. Top-notch service and leadership. I highly recommend this location for your next car wash!

No one seemed to care about the place anymore. Went today and had a completely different experience! A new manager by the name of Wilson is just what this place needed. He said he came from the Fuquay location about a week ago and is turning the place around. He and his coworker weren’t inside in the ac, they were out working- checking on customers, cleaning any clogged vacuums and there were plenty of towels. I even heard him offer to wash down another customer’s floor mats. Never heard that before. I also got a free tire shine before I left. That’s never happened either. Keeping my membership now!
