- DPDennis PutnamOct 11, 20265.0I went into the Holly springs North Carolina Valvoline oil change, and was immediately greeted by Ciara, The general manager. She was professional, courteous, welcoming, efficient, and knowledgeable! I will definitely go back to this location. I felt like I was treated like a VIP. 😃
- BGBrahim GuyneraneOct 9, 20261.0They charged me $54.00 for an air filter. Which is less than $20 retail
- AGAleksandr GriaznovSep 30, 20261.0They poured oil into my car's coolant expansion tank. Be careful and keep an eye on what they're doing
- AHA M HSep 29, 20261.0The service experience was disappointing and remains unresolved\. The manager was not present at the location, and while I was there, a representative added air to my tire, which resulted in the tire being damaged\. The staff declined to replace the tire or provide a credit or refund for the services I had already paid for, including the oil change\. I came in expecting routine maintenance but left with additional damage to my vehicle\. I am still seeking an appropriate resolution for the damaged tire and the lack of compensation for the services already paid for.
- PPPat Swenson pswen53Sep 27, 20263.0Although they were fast, they didn't ask if I had a coupon which I did but wasn't given the 15 % off. When I got in the car I couldn't find my registration. They ask me to leave my windows open and put it on the dashboard. I finally found it all the way under the passenger seat. They didn't seem to concerned. They should be more careful with customers paperwork.
