  I’ve been using them for years and they’ve been good for both basic oil change and car inspections. Recently. I’ve had two of my vehicles brought to this location, and while the oil change and overall customer services itself was great, I’m concerned about what happened when the cabin air filters were inspected. Their filters air extremely overpriced, and both blower motors were quiet and functioning normally before the cabin air filters were touched. After the inspection, both blower motors began making loud, unusual noises and eventually required replacement. I didn’t personally bring either vehicle in—family members did—but both oil changes occurred within the same month, and both vehicles experienced the exact same issue shortly after the cabin air filters were inspected. What makes this even more concerning is that I had already replaced the blower motor in one of the vehicles just last year. I’m not saying there’s definitely a connection, but the timing and circumstances seem unusual that’s why I am removing two stars

  I recently had my car serviced for an oil change, and the experience was truly uplifting. Natalie greeted me warmly, and both Amber and Chad demonstrated impressive professionalism and expertise in answering all my questions about my vehicle. It was inspiring to see women excelling in this field, which made the experience even more empowering.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Valvoline location during what should have been a routine state inspection. While sitting in the waiting room, I noticed that both of my wheels had been removed from my vehicle. I drive a 2022 vehicle that has been well maintained, and I am the only person who has ever driven it. In all the years I've had state inspections performed, I have never had a shop remove my wheels without first discussing it with me. When I asked why my wheels had been removed, Kalysta told me she heard a "squeak" and wanted to inspect my brake pads and rotors further. She then called the manager over to look at my brake pads and rotors as well. My concern wasn't that they wanted to investigate a potential issue..it was that they removed both wheels without asking for my permission or informing me beforehand. The manager then told me that if I did not allow him to continue the inspection, I would fail my state inspection. I ultimately allowed them to complete the inspection, and my vehicle passed. After they finished and reinstalled my wheels, I drove away and immediately noticed my car was shaking and wobbling. I took it directly to another local repair shop because I no longer felt safe driving it. They found that my wheels were loose !! They properly tightened them for me, and test drove my vehicle to ensure it was safe before I left. I am honestly shocked by how this entire situation was handled. I went in expecting a routine state inspection and left with a vehicle that did not feel safe to drive. The lack of communication before removing my wheels and the condition my vehicle was returned in left me with very little confidence in this shop. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location.

  I had a great experience getting my oil changed, tires rotated, and cabin air filter replaced. The team was very accommodating and fit me into their schedule on short notice, which I really appreciated. Victor and Chad completed the work efficiently without sacrificing quality, explained everything clearly, and had me back on the road in no time. Friendly, professional service and a smooth experience from start to finish. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back for future maintenance. Victor and Chad are the BEST!!! Thanks for teaching me a thing or two as well.
