  I brought my 2022 Tesla Model 3 here a few months after buying it used, knowing I was taking a bit of a risk. Adam and Mike helped me install headlights, work through firmware issues with Toolbox 3, and replace the brakes and control arms. Not to mention stripped wheel locks which they were able to somehow get them all out and replace. They were excellent at diagnosing problems, listening to concerns, and fixing everything efficiently. Top notch service, strongly recommend!

  Every minute of my experience with Adam and his shop was worth 5-stars! I had to get my VW Passat towed somewhere after it wouldn’t start. Found K20 online and reached out to be sure they serviced VW’s. His kindness on the phone, flexibility on appointment/drop-off time (including offering me a loaner vehicle), and the whole process of getting the issue diagnosed was top-notch. He kept me informed of additional services that needed to be done, while not pushing things on me. First time taking our car to K20, and we will be back!

  Great experience at K20 Auto Repair. The team was professional, honest, and communicated clearly throughout the process. Work was completed on time and everything is running smoothly. Pricing felt fair with no surprises. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service.

  TLDR, I would not recommmend them for k20 tuning or complex repairs. I own a 9th gen civic si with a k24. I dropped my car off that had been sitting 6 months. I was in no rush to get it done as it was not my daily driver. I asked them to update the firmware for my hondata(tuning software for k series) and repair my a/c. With the car being modified, I knew it wouldn't be a normal repair but with a name like K20 tuning and performance, I thought they would be up for the task. There was issues with my hondata dongle which prevented them from making both repairs. I can understand that. My issue is with the condition of the car after I picked it up. My grill got broken, the a/c caps we off the system and sitting on the wipers, and the splash shield on the passenger side of the car was hanging down and all the clips to it were on the passenger side floor. I understand not all repairs cannot be done at some shops. Nothing was communicated about the broken grill and the pick up was scheduled, so I anticipated the car being returned to the condition it was when I dropped it off.

  I had a nail in my tire and had to get a brand new tire, Adam helped me out with same day appointment and was quick and helpful. He also helped me with the best priced tires and didn’t over charge me I highly recommend this place!
