  Just stopped by to see about some new tires. I have a leak in one. “ said I plugged it but it’s still leaking..” he cut me off well if you’ve plugged it I can’t touch it , can’t help you, he says.Guess, I’ll JUST go to someone else!

  I went there with a small lawn mower tire unsure if they could repair. The manager and the technician took time to get me going again. I was broke down while cutting grass at a church but these guys got me going quickly. Thank you for the awesome service!!

  Drop car off for 9am appointment for an alignment Called me at 1pm saying the alignment couldn't be completed due to a rusty bolt that broke during removal Said the part was ordered and wouldn't be in until Monday I offered to leave the car their until the part arrived Was then told maybe the technician might not be in until Tuesday and a temporary fix had been done I said I would pick it up only if needed it They called me back a hour later saying that manager said it would be $199 for the replacement part plus the cost of the alignment and the part had not actually been ordered I told them I would just pick up my car I picked up my car they gave a print out of the bolt that was needed The bolt cost $25 on Amazon Breaking something on a customers car then asking them to pay for it is poor customer service. I have no idea if it could have been prevented using a different technique. Even then it could have been communicated what the cost would be. Being dishonest about the part being ordered and being unclear about the availability of the technician are red flags. A good technician would have recognized the bolt could be an issue. Mind you this is the result of Just Tires not wanting to cover the cost of replacing a $25 bolt that was broken by their tech. The condition of the bolt is irrelevant
