- CCCari CarterAug 8, 20262.0I stopped here right before a cross-country move after realizing I had mistakenly overfilled my oil (a lot). Instead of helping me feel comfortable about the situation, not one but **three separate men laughed at me** during the process. I honestly should have left right then, but I went inside and allowed them to complete the oil change. Afterward, one of the employees came inside and went through a list of everything they had supposedly “checked.” He started by confidently telling me that **all of my lights were working perfectly** despite the fact that I knew two of them had been out for quite some time. The entire experience left me feeling dismissed, embarrassed, and uncomfortable. I’m not expecting special treatment, but I do expect basic professionalism and respect, especially when someone comes in genuinely concerned about the safety of their vehicle. **Ladies, I would strongly recommend going to literally any of the other three places on the same road. I did not feel like this was a safe or respectful environment for women.** Two stars because the oil was successfully changed.
