  I cannot say anything but good about this business, although my car was there for 2 weeks, they made sure to be in contact with me, and when I would call they handled it with grace and not like I was bothered! Thank you for fixing my air conditioning and other issues in my 2025 jeep laredo; I have only had it 8 months and it’s right off the lot! I am almost 100% sure that the ac works better now than it did when I bought it 8 months ago and you guys are to thank! Thank you again!

  First time experience, so far so good. They did actually honor an appointment time, meaning the time arranged was the time they actually brought the car in to work on it, as opposed to other dealers who give you an appointment time but it’s not when they actually begin work. They are a bit expensive, but it’s factory authorized agency so I have faith in their work.

  This is a difficult review to write because my experience with the service center has always been exceptional. They deserve 100 stars. Every interaction I’ve had with them has been professional, respectful, and welcoming, and I truly appreciate the care they’ve shown over the years. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the dealership as a whole. During my most recent visit, I overheard the Used Car Manager tell another customer that her Chrysler 300 was “a Black person’s car.” Hearing a manager make a comment rooted in a racial stereotype was both shocking and deeply disappointing. I reported the incident to a member of the service team, who immediately took it seriously. The service manager met with me personally, apologized for my experience, listened to my concerns, and assured me it would be addressed. I am genuinely grateful for how the service department handled the situation. My family has spent well over $100,000 with this dealership. To be met with dismissiveness and unprofessional behavior after that level of loyalty is unacceptable. While I sincerely appreciate the outstanding people in the service center, I won’t be returning because I don’t want to subject myself to that kind of environment again. 🪬 Thank you to the service team for consistently setting the standard for what customer service should look like. You deserve every bit of the recognition. 🫶🏾💫

  Just came in to bring my new 2500 for service and was told I could only get an appointment for drop off ... Waiting would be 2 1/12 - 3 hours before dispatch. When you live a distance away, not good to have no reliability for maybe something simple as gas cap. Going to Apex Now...

  I recently visited the Jeep Chrysler Dodge dealership for a defective tire replacement. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Initially, I was informed that a new tire needed to be ordered, which I understood. However, when I left the dealership, I was surprised to find that they had not replaced the defective tire with the spare, despite my earlier discussion with a representative about this service. I assumed it would be a straightforward request, especially since my car was already in the shop. To add to my disappointment, while my car was in the back, they conducted an inspection without my consent. It’s puzzling how they could perform an inspection without a request but couldn’t manage to change a tire that was already known to be defective. Overall, the lack of communication and service quality was disappointing. I expected better from a dealership and hope they can improve their processes to avoid similar issues for future customers.
