  We honestly can’t say enough great things about Jason Lambert! Buying our Grand Wagoneer was such a big purchase for our family, and Jason made the entire experience feel comfortable, exciting, and stress-free from beginning to end. He was incredibly patient, down-to-earth, and genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect vehicle and not just making a sale. He answered every question we had, kept us informed throughout the process, and made us feel valued the entire time. You can really tell he loves what he does and takes pride in treating people right. The Grand Wagoneer is everything we hoped for and more, and we’re so grateful Jason helped make this experience such a positive one.   I have been in customer service my whole life. I stop by yesterday to look at a jeep. Meet an awesome person. Went back today with my wife and purchased a Jeep. Do yourself a favor and ask to speak to Jason. If he is busy, WAIT. You will not be disappointed! The whole staff was great. Check them out. Thanks guys, Dale & Denise

  I had an extremely frustrating and costly experience with Hillsborough CDJR that is still affecting me months later. I brought my 2021 Jeep Wrangler in on October 3, 2025. I was told the rear differential needed replacement and that I needed front brakes. I approved the work based on a quote of nearly $5,000. What followed was a nearly 4-month ordeal filled with delays, backordered parts, repeated rechecks, and poor communication. I didn’t get my vehicle back until January 29, 2026. When I finally got my Jeep back, the brakes were squealing. I was told this was normal and that they needed time to “wear in.” I gave it a full month—no improvement. On April 6, I brought it back to Hillsborough CDJR. They said they “fixed” the issue, but the noise returned within two days. At that point, I lost confidence and took my Jeep to another CDJR dealership in Burlington, NC. After their inspection, I was told: The brake parts used were subpar quality The issue would likely continue if the same parts were used My rear brakes were also in poor condition and should have been addressed I now have to pay nearly $700 out of pocket to replace both front and rear brakes properly—something that should have been done correctly the first time, especially considering I already paid nearly $5,000. This experience has been a combination of: Extremely long repair times Poor communication Questionable quality of parts and workmanship Additional out-of-pocket costs due to incomplete/low-quality repairs I understand delays happen, but this level of inefficiency and lack of quality control is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others before trusting this dealership with major repairs.
