- HMHunter Moize2 days ago1.0CSR- Nathan topside- Xavier bottom side Aiden I asked for an oil change and they started pulling filters and everything. I do not understand why you wouldn’t do only what the customer ask for. The vehicle only has 8k miles on it. It does not need an air filter. They pulled out the engine air filter and I think he put that one back in because I didn’t see another one. They didn’t show it to me or anything. They did not replace the cabin air filter and I asked Xavier about it because it was on the receipt and he said they were going to refund it because they didn’t have it. He wasn’t even going to tell me about it he was telling me I was ready to go. So yall charged for something you clearly didn’t do and I would not recommend and I will not be back thank you. And I will let everyone I know in my fleet to not come to a Valvoline because they are not trusted would give a zero star, but not an option definitely would not recommend this company. HEADS UP LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE YOU LEAVE AND DO NOT BE AFRAID TO QUESTION WHAT IS ON THERE THESE ARE CROOKED PEOPLE THAT PROBABLY DON’T KNOW MUCH ABOUT A VEHICLE. IF THEY RIPPED ME OFF THEY ARE PROBABLY RIPPING OTHER PEOPLE OFF THAT DON’T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT A VEHICLE LUCKILY I HAVE A LITTLE BIT OF KNOWLEDGE.
