  I LOVE THIS LOCATION! The workers are always friendly and on top of their game. They are so helpful and wonderful, so it makes me so upset about the work conditions they are put in. They are working in 90-100 degree heat, even indoors is 95. Whoever is in charge of this buildings upkeep and the care of staff is certainly falling short. I got nauseous just sitting inside, so I can’t image how these wonderful hard workers are feeling. I would love to see a working AC and some blow fans for their health and safety. Update: OSHA recommends (for indoor environments) a comfortable temperature range of 68°F to 76°F. Hope this helps!

  Went for NC Inspection on 6/22, was unable to get it because of a malfunction. Went back on 6/23 asked if problem was resolved, then waited for more than an hour, only to find out (only after asking them) they were unable to inspect my car. No communication. Then they let me leave with my hood not completely latched.

  Very professional,they show you or tell you what needs to be replaced They communicate with the customers & their fellow employees! You are in & out in a short period of time!

  Guess they open when the feel like after 9 employee cars in lot but doors down and locked, my money spent just fine at Strickland Brothers!

  Valvoline oil change N.main st. Highpoint, NC THESE PEOPLE SCAM CUSTOMERS! I went in for an inspection $13.00. Car is 2 1/2 yrs old, 23,000 miles. I personally just washed it yesterday, lifting the wipers to clean under, ( absolutely no hanging rubber) the service tech brings over both wipers with the rubber hanging down explaining they need to be replaced ($28.00 apiece) It just so happens they had just showed the customer in front of me some rubber hanging wipers from their car too! Of course my wipers had to be replaced, I paid my $75.00 total got my paperwork and proceeded to tell them about not having an issue yesterday and I felt they are scamming their customers. He insinuated that i did not see my wipers yesterday or for that matter at all. If you are determined to go there, make sure you know what condition your vehicle is in before they touch.
