  I would just like to say that Emmet is the best. He was super helpful when I arrived to NTB. He took the time to explain the issue with my car and provided information as to how it can be fixed and the cost of it. After deciding what to do, and several questions, he was patient, thorough and empathetic with my situation. I definitely recommend coming to check out NTB as they are affordable, reasonable, and amazing. Emmet definitely made me feel like I was talking to a friend, and at home. Because of this, I will definitely be coming back and recommend friends and family to come here for any car issues or question. 10/10, across the board, recommend NTB but most importantly EMMET.

  I picked up a chunk of metal in my tire as I was leaving High Point after a business event. Being Sunday, I was shocked any tire stores were open. NTB was… Erica checked me in, Zac and Caleb came out to help. The damage from the metal was too extensive to repair, and they didn’t have any tires in stock for my vehicle. They immediately offered to install my spare, a collapsible donut that took some time to figure out. After all that, I expected to pay for their time and efforts, but they didn’t charge me for anything! Thanks to them I was able to drive the seven hours home, and didn’t need to spend another night. Thanks again Team NTB!

  I've had to come here for many things, my most recent visit being for a state inspection and an oil leak. They are always courteous and do good work. I'd reccomend them to anyone who needs some work done.

  Went to this location 112 westchester dr in high point 4-20-2026, Emmitt was the guy who helped me. I originally called the store on south main but they didn't have my tires and set my appointment for this location , I got here and the guy was not rude but seemed overwhelmed with how busy they were that day. He told me it would take about an hour to change my 4 tires which was fine except it took almost 2 hours and half way through my wait time he approached me and asked if I wanted to add another service when I declined he rolled his eyes TWICE. When I explained that I didn't have the time nor did I want to spend another $130 on top of the almost $500 that I was spending on the tires he kept pushing, then I let him know I was pressed for time that's when he finally stopped. When he was checking me out he rang me up for wipers that I didn't ask for but said he discounted them, he did by %50, but apparently they having giving them away with services so he got over on me. I will never return to this location.
