  I stopped by Mavis and spoke with Akeem about replacing my engine and cabin air filters and he got right on it, got it done and was more than happy to help me out! Couldn't have asked for better than what I received!

  I have worked with Cortland, Aikeem, and Logan. They are helpful, professional, and fast! I appreciate them and this business. I always try to get my oil changed by them when I’m am visiting this area. They also fixed a leaking valve stem on my mother’s car in quick order!!! Thank you guys!!!!

  Our car was towed here. They did not have our tires in stock and had to order them, leaving us stranded for two days. We had to get a Lyft to come and pay them a deposit because they couldn't take a payment over the phone. Their phone was often busy when called. The labor charge was high, and they were supposed to call us when the vehicle was done, but they didn't. They also tried to up-sell us two more tires because we have an AWD, and although a standard practice, we are from out of town and just needed some to get back on the road. Finally, the tires were marked up $50 more than their average cost a piece. Otherwise, they were friendly when they were at the counter, and we did get our needs met.

  SHADY WORK BEWARE!!!! We had our rotors & brake pads replaced and not even 2,000 miles later a caliper failed due to negligent practice. Mechanic claimed the vehicle didn’t have an abs module therefore they didn’t bleed it properly causing air pockets in lines which made my caliper stick. Had to get everything replaced not even 2,000 miles later. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Company refuses to honor the warranty after weeks of trying to resolve it they will do nothing to remedy the issue!!! SKETCHY BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!

  I came to Mavis 2/21/26 with the intention of just getting my brakes flushed. I ended up being talked into getting my struts changed. So I ended up getting and paying for a service I didn’t even intend on getting. Now it is 2 months and 2 days later and the brand new struts that were put on has broke. I called Mavis as soon as they opened to tell them, and to see if the car was safe to drive in this condition and was told it wasn’t but if I can get the vehicle to the shop they would look at it. I knew I had a warranty due to the part being put on 2 months ago. When I got off work, since it broke when I pulled into my job; I tucked the broken part behind the wheel well and drove the car to the shop on hazard lights. I made it safely and they looked at the broken part. They said because it’s under warranty they will take the part back to where they got it and get another. And then proceeded to tell me how bad I needed tires. I was already frustrated and upset from the current problem with the new strut I already didn’t intend to get; that Mavis replaced 2 months ago; breaking. After sitting in the lobby from 5:30 till 8pm, they return to tell me that they actually don’t have the part and won’t have it till the next following Thursday. So I will be without a car for the next 7 days without a car, seeing as though they took the part off already and took it back. I was told I’m sorry; when the part comes we will fix it. And then they carried on with their day. While I’m left inconveniently without a car. I’m already upset that a service I didn’t ask for was done on my car, but to not even care enough try and offer further assistance due to the inconvenience, of me not having a car for a week is horrible and inconsiderate. Being a single mom who works 5 days a week, I didn’t need the extra problems that this situation has brought on me.
