  So I had a 99 Ford F250 it had transmission issues. I took it to their shop recommended by a friend to get the transmission replaced when I got the transmission back it was almost a gallon short of transmission fluid after I have already drove it for almost a week I noticed.. There were no leaks. They just did not put enough correct fluid in it. I took it back up there. They told me if it wasn’t slipping. It should be good. So at that point, I kept driving it about a week later it started to act funny I took it back. They told me they’ll replace it.. So after they said they replaced it, I started having more Issues as it was shifting really hard and just acting weird. I took it back. They said it was shift solenoids or the valve body. Supposedly they replaced it. After that, it started acting weird again, where it doesn’t have power and it makes a moaning sound whenever it goes into overdrive I’ve took it back numerous times with them telling me there’s nothing wrong. So as to say that they did take my truck in and look at it and say there’s nothing wrong. I will give them that, but this truck has never been right since the day I took it there. I’m not the kind of person that leaves reviews on places I’ve actually never left a review on any company, but I have took this truck there over eight times and to this day it still does not shift right and does not act right. I have literally bought a new truck and still haven’t sold this truck because when people drive it they asked me is there something wrong with the transmission? And I tell them no it’s supposedly a brand new transmission. I don’t know what is wrong with it. I have not had time to get a second opinion, but I guess I just got the bad luck. as of this moment, since the transmission was put in, I have not put 10,000 miles on the truck because I rarely drive it And I got the transmission put in about eight months ago.

  The staff was very nice and knowledgeable in everything they did. Specifically Danny spent extra time to talk me through what was going on with my Ford truck and helped me greatly so far. Would be happy to use them at any opportunity I get.

  This is a great shop . You couldn't ask for a better staff or owner . He worked so hard to fix my ongoing transmission problem. I have always recommended this shop and still do .
