  Required a credit card for rental didn't tell me i need one till i arrive some people not have credit cards

  TERRIBLE I’LL NEVER USE THIS 💩 AGAIN I DON’T CARE WHAT THE SITUATION. THEY WILL LET YOU RESERVE A CAR ONLINE AND EVERY TIME WE CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION WITHOUT NOTICE. HIGH POINT NC WILL EVEN GO AO FAR AS TO LIE WHICH THIS 🤡 DID HAD ME RUSHING TO HIGH POINT FROM GREENSBORO NC TO PICK UP THE CAR I RESERVED EARLIER TODAY ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY DON’T HAVE THE CAR OR ANY CAR FOR THAT MATTER, SAID HE HAD BEEN CALLING ME WHEN I WAS ON HOLD WITH THEM FOR THE ENTIRE 25 MINUTES IT TOOK ME TO GET THERE CLAIMING HE COULDN'T LEAVE A VOICEMAIL WHEN I HAD NO MISSED CALLS AND ALL OF 4 VOICEMAILS IN MY BOX. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Had a corporate reservation. I booked it for start of day as I didn’t know what time I would get there. I showed up a little after 10:30 and had the absolute worst experience ever. I was told that there was no car ready and that I only had 30 mins to pick it up. When I questioned why if a reservation was made would there be no car he told me I was being rude and kicked me out. Jimmy Reiff the manager should absolutely be fired, just because he can’t mange his store correctly customers should not be penalized. There was an elderly lady next to me also having problems and when I asked her if she felt I was being rude she said no. Won’t use enterprise again!!!

  DO NOT GO HERE!! First their cars always smell like smoke and always have scratches on them. Second they have put $300.00 on my husband’s corporate credit card and another $283 on my bank card without authorization and now can’t figure out why this happened!! What do you mean you can’t figure out what happened!! Jose and the manager there are no help. They claim they don’t understand why these charges are appearing and now every time we try to call they either put us on hold for over 30 mins because they are short staffed or they need to call us back after they figure it out. Well we have been going back and forth for a week now and you still haven’t figured it out nor refunded us our money!! Pathetic!! My husband and I are out over $500 without an explanation. We will be contacting corporate as well as our banks because this is fraud!! In the meantime we will continue to rent from the airport location because their service as well as cars are always excellent! Do better High Point!!!
