  Pick and drop off service was appreciated as I live out of town . Staff were helpful and attentive. Glad to see a company still offer great customer service !!!

  I had a wonderful experience at the Enterprise on North Main Street in High Point, NC. Gavin was very polite and helpful!

  This is most definitely the last time we rent with enterprise, I should have expected an issue for 3 reasons. 1. It's always an issue when renting from them. 2. While picking up the rental there were 2 separate ladies in there with an issue regarding their rental then the associate called a gentleman customer on a Friday to explain that they would not have a rental for him until Tuesday.....smh TUESDAY. And 3. When returning my rental there was a lady I there very upset that her and her family just got back from Florida with a rental that had some issues to the point they had to take it to a service place in Florida ....smh wow. I was overcharged, and then charged for gas??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME that gas level was COMPLETELY FULL. The rental was returned 2 days earlier and this company didn't bother adjusting the bill according to how many days I actually had the vehicle. I'm extremely disappointed and this experience has taught me a great lesson I WILL NEVER USE ENTERPRISE AGAIN.....simply put.

  I reserved a vehicle for a trip on Friday the 3rd at 8:00 AM at the N Main location in High Point. I received a phone call about 30 minutes prior to my reservation saying that our rental was not there and he was going to try to find another vehicle close by. We arrived at 8:00 AM and no vehicle had been found and the only thing said was it would be around 2 hours before we could get the vehicle that was originally reserved. That alone costed us over $250.00 for a missed appointment. I called and found a rental at PTI airport myself that was ready to go. By 9:40 AM we had started our trip and the employee at the N Main branch called saying he found another van at PTI……over a hour and a half later and we had already picked another rental up from that location. Shows to me that he didn’t look for another vehicle. N Main location 0/10, PTI location 10/10. Your employees in high point needs remedial training by the gentleman at the PTI location on customer service. Even the employee at PTI was very apologetic and it wasn’t even him that screwed up. Employees at N Main in high point are pathetic. The ONLY reason I may even consider renting from a enterprise again is because the employee at the PTI location.
