  I appreciate the diagnosis done by Noah. I had a 23 year old XC70 towed in not running. They diagnosed a failed fuel pump. Since that is something I can do myself for under $100, I had it towed home. However, if Frank Edwards had told me it was running and no longer "dead", I would have saved the $250 towing to my home in Old Fort and driven it home! I know how a failing fuel pump can be a risk but I would have appreciated more advice from the "service advisor:. My car might be a rough high mileage Volvo but aren't they known for safety and durability. I regret that my experience at Paramount does not match my experiences over the years with Hunter in Asheville. Lesson learned.

  Nice in a way, but not willing to work with me when their prices weren’t matching with what the warranty company was saying.

  Nigel Manns is a top notch salesman. He has went above and beyond to help my daughter get her car. He even filled her tank s second time after the sale!! Would definitely recommend this dealership.

  Giovanni Hicks is a fantastic salesperson. Giovanni sold us our new 2026 Volvo XC60 Ultra. I thought I wanted to buy a XC40 but upon realizing we preferred the XC60, Giovanni worked hard to find exactly what we were looking for. With a bit of effort, he was able to work with management to find our XC60 in the color we wanted, with all of the “extras” and get it to the Hickory location. Giovani is honest, he got answers to all of our questions, gave us good recommendations, he has a good personality and is clearly a hard worker. We respect and highly recommend Giovanni Hicks! Zack in finance was very fast, knowledgeable, personable and hard working as well! Additionally, I highly recommend the Service Department. I have worked with them since 2013 and they are always on their “A” game! Great communication and excellent service.
