  I took my truck to Valvoline for an A/C refrigerant recharge, and immediately afterward my A/C service port started leaking. The low-side service port was filled with bright green UV dye, and the dye was bubbling out of the Schrader valve and running down the accumulator. This wasn't happening before the service. When I brought it to their attention, they refused to take responsibility and acted like they hadn't caused the problem, even though their technicians had to connect their equipment directly to that service port to perform the recharge. Instead of inspecting or fixing the issue, they dismissed my concerns. I now have to pay another shop to diagnose and repair a leak that appeared immediately after their service. Based on my experience, I would not trust this location with A/C work. If something goes wrong, don't expect them to stand behind their work.

  I would give negative stars if I could. Today I went in for a routine oil change, all seemed normal until I drove about 25 yards away from the building and my car stuttered to a stop and then wouldn't start again. I walked back to the shop and asked them to come look at it, as it was fine before and had just had a state inspection 2 days prior. The manager Brayden came and looked at it and said they could do nothing and it wasn't their fault. So I called my dad to come look at it and to give me a ride. When he got there he asked the manager to come help him look and the manager agreed. Minutes later, the cops showed up to tell us we were not allowed on the property again (we weren't even on their property at the time) and said whoever called, accused us of threatening the business employees which was not true. We were very respectful and cooperative the entire time and were just asking for help fixing a problem they created. The response of the employees of this business was to avoid any conflict and to brush off the issue saying they would review the camera footage. They then lied to one of the police officers and said they never touched anything under the hood from above. Which is a lie because not only do they obviously have to touch the dip stick to check the oil, they also pulled out my air filter and showed it to me, as well as checked other fluids. So not only did they mess up my car, they also lied and did nothing about it. Now my car had to be towed and is sitting in a garage waiting to be looked at by actual professionals. Please do not give this shop your business as this may happen to you as well.
