Not only did the oil change take over 30 mins sitting in a hot vehicle during 90 degree weather! Sweating with two kids in the car. Valvoline states is should take 15 mins or less for a standard oil change. They broke my glove box checking a cabin air filter. I get mistakes can happen, but the way they have handle the whole process of me now trying to get my glove box fixed has been completely unprofessional!!

He was honest and showed me a filter and said see there is some dirt but you have plenty of filter left ! Not like other quick oil change places!
- ICIsaiah CastilloJul 31, 20261.0Went Valvoline for their 50% off day to get an oil change and inspection I asked for a synthetic blend only to be given full synthetic up charged and told I failed inspection for wipers and I told him to show me how they failed and he couldn't this is ridiculous and unprofessional I will not be going back
