I would not recommend this car wash at all if you take cleaning your car seriously. This car wash is for cars that are clean and just need a rinse off. I wasted $22.

While they have phenomenal equipment which adequately cleans your car, they also have LICENSE-PLATE READING TECHNOLOGY for their subscription members. They offered me the subscription, but I turned it down upon finding out they use that kind of technology. This is all personal feelings of course, but I'd honestly avoid this place except to get a deep-clean car wash when you need (and can afford) it. That said, prices are considerably high as well, though that is honestly to be expected...
- GHGinger HayesJul 9, 20261.0Unfortunately, I received a coupon in the mail for a free car wash. That free wash job is going to cost me almost $1,400 in damage to the bumper of my car. Spoke to the manager, Josh, who freely admitted that my car, as well as a truck owned by a local dentist, were both damaged at the same time, but their cameras were "corrupted" and they were waiting on footage from the home office. After a year of multiple phone calls and in-person attempts to find a resolution to this issue, I called the home office and they had no knowledge of any corrupted cameras and said that someone at the Hickory location was lying. A complete lack of ethics and a terrible addition to the community!! The owner should be embarrassed!!!
