  The fact you can't even talk to anyone on the phone is crappy business....website does not answer questions....we are going to a local company where you can actually get questions answered and for much less that can do the same thing. Doug's Auto glass....

  The Safelite shop that serviced my car was out of Hickory North Carolina and everything about the experience was excellent. Quick scheduling, arrived exactly on time, very courteous and friendly, and the speed with which he replaced the glass and recalibrated all of the numerous safety systems on the vehicle the cameras the radar everything that the vehicle has, was just amazing. And the car was spotless afterwards no debris from the previous windshield no broken glass anywhere I was thoroughly satisfied with this technician's performance.

  Would not have been necessary if they had done the crack repair correctly. First time I have had a crack repair not done correctly and forced a full windshield replacement. First Tech did not get the liquid fully into crack before hardening it, leaving a very visible crack that spread.

  My windshield was chipped by a rock and Safelite came out to my house and made the repair in September. Everything was going great but then the repair failed and I developed an expanding crack in my fixed windshield. I tried to call (multiple numbers) to see about a warranty and getting the new issue resolved. Every number I called was an automated computer trying to direct me to the correct department but all the system did was hang up when it transfered me. This was very annoying and I wasted more time than needed for resolve my issue. And this is reason for the 4 stars instead of a 5 start review. So I drove down to the Safelite repair shop we have in town. They were able to find me and my vehicle in their system and hook me up with a windshield replacement 2 days later. I dropped my car off the night before as they had a drop box which was very convenient. I had a doctor's appointment that afternoon and needed my car back in time to pick up my child from school and the team members at Safelite were able to get my vehicle done just shortly after lunch. Thanks Safelite!! The team members at the shop were courteous and helpful.

  This is the sorriest customer service that I've witnessed. Who wants to speak to AI that can't understand you at all?? This is not the way to do business and expect customers to return. I finally spoke to a live person and it was clear that he had just got out of bed or was either in bed and trying to help me. He offered no help. He was clearly needing to go back to sleep. This is unacceptable in every way!! I was quoted 286.73 and when I confirmed the scheduling, my price was 540.00. Needless to say...... I canceled.
