  Invoice did not match quote, work not done on time, oil spilled in engine bay and greasy hand prints on hood. Front wheel alignment left the steering wheel crooked. I returned to have it corrected but it was not fixed. Avoid this shop.

  I have used Mavis for many different automotive situations in the past but today they were superb!!! A lug was stuck in my wheel and they had the solution for getting it out and replacing the old part. Kudos guys!!!

  Jaqueline was so nice and amazing! She helped me out with both my tire installation and a quote on some new tires for future reference. Would come back for sure

  Used to go here a lot, always did well on tires and prices for tires and they fixed a lot of good stuff Eric is great, but today they tried to charge me $73 after a coupon for conventional oil change. That’s horrid, went to take 5 next door and they gave me a $25 coupon making their conventional oil change $35 plus a solid $10 tip. Not sure why Mavis fluctuates the prices, but definitely lost a customer today. $73 is crazy for an oil change. Just go to take 5 next door. Still appreciate all the work and help in the past, but yall getting greedy

  I have nothing but wonderful words to say about this place. First off I would rate them 100 star rating if I could, but unfortunately, it doesn’t give me 100 stars to select. So what had taken me to Mavis tires And brakes is My low tire pressure light came on. Now in my car, my Mustang does not tell you which tire is so you actually Have to check each one them Then put air in them. And we know air is not free these days. However, here THEY PROVIDE YOU WITH FREE AIR TO PUT IN YOUR TIRES AT ANY TIME OF THE DAY no cost no obligations or anything you just pull up and start putting air in your tires. That was not the best part about this place, even though it is wonderful to have access to free air when you need it for your tires As a woman, a lot of people are gonna know what I’m talking about when we go into any kind of garage. whether it be for tires brakes OR to get your car fixed or anything like that most of the time that sells people wanna treat us differently than a man. I CAN TELL YOU THAT THIS PLACE DOES NOT DO THAT. THEY TREAT US WOMEN AS A PERSON!!!! Now, obviously, after I put air in my tire, I’m gonna to Walk inside and ask them hey is there anyway you could let me know where a leak is coming from ON my front passenger tire. Now anybody that has seen my car knows that I have low profile tires. ( my Mustang came With the low profile tires) Those are a pain in the butt to get on and off the rims so most places don’t even want to mess with you when they see you come up. This place was more than welcoming to see me and help me figure out what was going on with my tire. There was another gentleman that was helping me too, but I did not get his name, he was very nice and helpful as well. Unfortunately I was not able to permanently fix the slow leak not by their fault, but they did slow the leak down to where it’s giving me enough time to be able to replace what needs to be replaced. Richard even recommended me to a place called R and R tires. They just recently opened up on Highway 70 right across from the Honda dealership in Hickory. I can tell you that those men that work in there or just as nice as the men that recommended me to go to R and R tires. If you’ve not heard of them, you need to look them up. You can basically get rims and tires at this place make a down payment and then make weekly or biweekly payments. But this place is sit on 100% satisfactory guarantee to their customers to where they offer extra incentives for no extra cost. You actually need to look up both these places if you need work done. Because I’m telling you as a female who hates going in garages to have any work done on my car because we all know how a lot of us women get treated, but I’m telling you MAVIS TIRES AND BRAKES did not treat me like that. Matter fact, I was being there every single day to put air in my tire they come out and they check on me. They see how the tires doing how it’s driving until I’m able to get the money up to afford new tires. I’m single mom and I have three autoimmune diseases, hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s disease and SLE lupus and anybody knows anything about lupus knows that lupus is probably the worst one I got. Because the sun does not like you the heat does not like you. Basically the doctors tell you to stay inside whenever you have lupus and it’s hot outside. Because the sun literally gives me second-degree burns and it also fights my immune system. But that being said, it really meant a lot to be treated very nicely. Because me having these three auto immune diseases, it hurts me to keep a full-time job because I’m reliable, but my body is not chronic illnesses are very invisible to the eye. Now I do try to work doing Instacart and things like that but I have other bills I have to be paid before I can do anything I do Instacart but guess what you can’t Instacart if your tire is going flat every time you drive it. i’m going to post a picture so you have their address check them out
