I set up a time to drop off my daughter’s vehicle for service today. The staff called me and let me know how it was going and even talked me through a couple issue that needed attention immediately as well as in the near future services that will need to be taken care of. We discussed everything and they gave me a price. The team on site today was knowledgeable, very kind and helpful to ensure things were taken care of for my daughter to be safely on the road. Came back to pick the vehicle up and everyone again was super sweet and informative on what they took care of. We have been using Mavis on 127 for years and this is another example of great customer service. We trust them with are vehicle care and appreciate all they do. Kudos to everyone on site today!
