- VTVanessa TallentSep 17, 20261.0Super disappointed with enterprise as we tried to schedule a same day pick up and/or the next day and we were told NOTHING was available and the area manager would be in contact and we got nothing after calling 3 times throughout the day. I am highly disappointed with the lack of urgency. I can’t imagine if we had a truly dire need for a vehicle. It was a very disheartening experience for a place that offers a service to not live up to said service. I am also disappointed in the lack of communication even when we were told it would be handled 3 separate times. Two confirmation numbers and no vehicle is insane to me.

Called and had my reservation completed and booked. Confirmation email and all, only to be emailed back 1hr later and told no vehicles were available. Of course I’ve already made all my plans based on this reservation so now here I am in craps creek. 6 different locations and not a single option for me. It’s truly unbelievable that customer service in this world is nonexistent anymore.
