- ECEric CalhounAug 27, 20265.0The staff at the Hickory Enterprise office are so great to work with - especially with my recent Insurance-provided rental due to my personal vehicle’s deer collision. But I did try to respond to the email survey regarding my rental. Apparently there’s a short window to respond to the survey as it had expired by the time I attempted a response. Widen that response window if you REALLY want feedback via those surveys!

I had to extend the rental, and did it online. The return process was easy, and they drove me to pick up my car at the body shop. If I need to rent a car again, I'll definitely be back.

Was originally scheduled by my insurance for Boone them and 5 other surrounding locations including hickory were out of cars but one the female sales associates here went out of her way to get us in a car. When originally I was told no way by one of there other associates. Seems to be a lack of cars for them to pull from in the area. But in the end they got it done and treated me right I think her name may of been Sam or Sarah started with a S I’m pretty sure whatever was she helped tremendously
