  I reserved a compact SUV but when I pick, the guy helped me said no compact suv available right now, on sedans and a truck size. If they didn’t have compact SUV available on that date, why are they still showing available? Probably they want to do that so when customers show up to pick up, they will just ask their customers to switch because most customers don’t have time and they got no choice so 80% of the customers might switch. For me I just cancel my reservation. So poor!

  I had to book a last minute rental because the place i originally rented a car decided to close for two days and i couldn’t pick up my rental. Then i ended up at enterprise and Miranda was SUPER helpful she was able to find me a last minute rental which i didn’t think i would find one considering it was 4th of July weekend. Miranda was the best she was super sweet and understanding of my situation, definitely will be coming back for any rental needs.

  Firstly, the customer service is always courteous, professional and timely. However, my last three reserved rental car size was not available. Also, two of my last three rentals had less than 30% oil life for trips in excess of 1090 miles round trip. I consider that fact inexcusable. On this recent rental, I was told to take the car to Heineke or Mavis for an oil change. I was told to show the store employee my rental agreement and I would have the oil changed. I went to Mavis (which should not have been my responsibility) and was told the local Enterprise could not authorize the oil change. When an 800 number was called we was told that office also could not authorize the oil change. I drove the car on my trip and returned it with 7% oil life. Scary for me and unacceptable for Enterprise.

  Reserved a month ago, they called me and I returned call and was told to pick up after noon today. Went to pick up and you should have picked up yesterday even though your car wouldn't be returned until today. We don't carry luxury cars and you can go to Hertz. Customer Service like this will not sustain, never again.

  My car was totalled on 3.9.26. Progress had a reservation on 3.13.26 at Hickory NC location. My reservation had been ignored. The lady has said there's a car Saturday morning at about 11:00. I called at 0940. I held on for about 25 minutes. A man told me there were no cars. After calling 9 other locations, I called Hickory back, asking for a manager. No one was available! The lady was soooooo arrogant, and rude! I asked why my reservation had been ignored? Generally, we call the customer and tell them if we had a car or not. I had been without a car since Tuesday evening and then my reservation was flagrantly ignored??? I stated "this is a shitty way to do business." She actually hung up on me. I needed her name, & called back. She wouldn't answer. I'll go there Monday morning and speak face-to-face to a manager. I hope I never have to deal with them again ..... HORRIBLE company
