  Mechanics do a great job, but there is an old man that works the front that sexually harassed my girlfriend today. Talking about her boobs, objectifying her body, etc. very disappointing. Once again mechanics do a wonderful job, but stuff like that leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

  Mr. Tire on Linda Vista, Hendersonville saved me big bucks. I thought I needed new tires and was resigned to spending $$. After inspecting the tires the manager noted that my tires were still in pretty good shape and recommended simply rotating the tires. This cost the shop a sale in the short term but won my long term loyalty.

  This shop was absolutely amazing. On friday we picked up a large screw in one our tires. Called them Saturday morning and we were able to make an appointment same day. I tried to use the sealant kit that came with my car to seal the hole long enough for us to get there. That didnt work so we called a tow truck. Our appointment was at 3:00pm how ever the truck was running behind called the shop they daid no problem get here when you can. Got there and were greeted and treated with respect. They asked if we wanted to patch the tire if that was an option we said yes that would be great. They were able to patch the tire and didn't try to upset us or say the tire couldn't be patched. All in all a great expirence and we will be using them in the future!!!

  The older man working the front desk has a very bad potty mouth, even in front of customers. He also made two sexual jokes which made me uncomfortable. I laughed it off because I wasn’t sure what else to say or do. He cursed almost every 5-6 words. It was very odd to hear. I think using more professional language will help with retaining customers. The techs there seemed nice and they took care of me pretty quickly at a very decent price compared to other places I called, however, due to the language of the employee, I won’t be returning.
