A few words about my experience with Gerber Collision & Glass
Communication was excellent. Krystle did a great job of keeping me informed as to the status of my vehicle.
The actual repair was excellent. Looks brand new, you can't tell it was ever damaged.
Repair took two weeks. I can't say if this is typical, but I think it was fair - can't complain.
Price - it was expensive, but reasonable considering what was repaired. That's why you have insurance, right? Insurance process was seamless. I paid the deductible, my insurance company took care of the balance directly. Very easy.
The bad - we're not all perfect. Quite frankly, there was nothing I could poke holes in or complain about.
I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision & Glass.

Horrible place. I took my car to Gerber after experiencing damage from Hurricane Helene when a powerline fell on top of my vehicle. When I arrived for an inspection of the damaged it was in October of 2024 and was told it would take a week for repairs and was provided with an appointment in November. November came and I called a day before to make sure I had everything I needed. I found out that day, the day before I was supposed to drop it off that my appointment had been changed without any notification to December. December came and once again my appointment got moved to January. January came and guess what happened my appointment got moved once again. Finally got to drop off my car in February where I asked again if it would be just a week as I needed to pay for a rental car out of pocket because my insurance had no car rental coverage. My car was dropped off on 2/24 and it’s still in the shop. The absolute lack of customer service is appalling especially after what I’ve been through and the lack of any apology from anyone for rescheduling me without notice. Did they expect to tell me once I dropped off my car and paid for a rental to tell me at that time that my appointment had changed. I have to call to get status because they don’t provide updates. Their text updates are not accurate. They send a text to tell you to disregard the text updates because they are not accieate. They had been calling the car rental place for me when there was one delay after another to extend my rental and today when I found out that once again my car was not ready and would be ready on Wednesday and I asked if they can update the car rental place they said No that I had to do it. I am just blown away from the lack of professional here. I hope that I never have to return here. So now after all I’ve been through with the hurricane, I’m having to lay my $1k deductible and $1k in car rental fees. I do not recommend this place and don’t wish this type of treatment on anyone. As a follow-up to this horrible experience, no less than 6 months after the repairs the only new part they installed from my damaged roof rack fell off as I was driving. Who knows if it damaged another car. Then I just noticed that my front mirror which they should have replaced since it got damaged from the powerline is falling off. This is a horrible place!
Extremely pleased with service. From customer service to complete repairs. Highly recommend this company for any and all repairs.

Colton and Chase were amazing. They helped me yesterday with my car and an estimate for the amount of damages done to it. Will definitely come to them for car work and excellent communication in the future.
