  Stopped in while having some issues on vacation. They were able to figure out issues my service dept at Audi ignored. Completely transparent about price and time frame for the needed work. I highly recommend them.

  I blew a tire on my Audi and was told by another mechanic that I needed to get a new tire sensor put on. I called the Audi dealership in Asheville and they explained they would have to run diagnostics ($200+) and I would most likely have to purchase 4 new sensors. Fast forward to now…I spoke with the guys at Eurotechnik instead and they told me that no, I would actually only need to purchase one new sensor to replace the one on my flat. After bringing my car in, they called and told me that I actually didn’t need a new sensor at all and that it was all internal. So, they reset my tire light, checked my tire pressure, AND cleaned my car. It looks brand new!! When I asked if I owed them anything, they said no and that it was all free of charge. I cannot express enough how enjoyable my experience with the guys at Eurotechnik was. DO NOT GO TO THE AUDI DEALERSHIP FOR MAINTENANCE!!! They will overcharge you and run diagnostics for problems they know the solution to. Now, this could have been a misunderstanding between me and the dealership, but to be safe, go to Eurotechnik. They are honest, fair, and incredibly kind.

  Having a German vehicle, it is so important to have a trusted service partner that is skilled and specialized. Most important to me is honesty and fairness in pricing. These guys have delivered on both. Highly recommend.
