  As an Asheville business owner I couldnt be more unimpressed with a company. I will pay double before I try to use them again. We reserved a car days before and CHECKED IN the night before just to find out(upon calling while on the way), they dont have the car and they aren't open at the reserved pick up time. Save yourself the hassle.

  Arrived at enterprise on Spartanburg Highway in Hendersonville to pick up my rental, which had been reserved for a week. Upon my arrival The attendant was checking the outside of the car with me never once. Did he sit inside the car to check the mileage nor the gas I drove To the next gas station got out and realized how filthy these seats were in this car not to mention the center console. Immediately went back to the office and request requested a different That was Filthy. All they had The smallest car ever and I was leaving to go on vacation that night. Although there was a car lot full of cars that were clearly not being rented because it was closing time all they could do for me was degrade my rental not upgrade nevertheless I stayed in the one that was Obviously, because it was larger than what they were trying to replace it with never an apology never anything And this was on August 3 about 5:45 PM. I think he was more upset that it was closing time and did not want to deal with my problem.

  Perfectly efficient service, the car was clean and in great condition, and I was driven back to the collision center to retrieve my car. Courtney Hennebry, the manager, was very helpful at the return, and Avery Simons was the person who quickly completed the rental agreement and who drove me back at the return. Your operation in Hendersonville is well run, and I thank them for the friendly and personal service. I'm 74 years old, have rented a lot of cars over the years, this one was memorable.

  I was over all satisfied with the service with Enterprise while my claim was being addressed. Courtney was a great help. I was not all that impressed with the codes the car kept throwing, the cleanliness of the car, the tire that had. Low pressure message within 5 minutes of driving away, and ended up taking 3 hours to be plugged, or there not being any windshield fluids in the car. That could have been kept up better. The check in and out process was easy, and again, Courtney was a pleasure to work with.
