  Pick up and return of the vehicle was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely rent from Enterprise again.

  Courtney and Kimmy (Hendersonville, NC- Spartanburg Hwy) really made sure that my experience was a positive one. Even when my insurance company initially provided an inappropriately low daily rate, they worked with me to be flexible such that by the time I got to their office (picked up first at home by another service staff member), they had me in a more appropriate vehicle matching my upgraded (in the last 90mins) insurance amount. Thank you for making an otherwise very stressful time easy!

  ⭐ 1 STAR I drove all the way to the Enterprise Hendersonville location today only to be told that they would not accept my debit card, my electric bill, my insurance information, or even my credit card because my husband’s name is on the accounts. Here’s the part that makes absolutely no sense to me: WHY was I not told any of this before I drove all the way there? I have rented from this Enterprise location multiple times over the last two years, so I was not expecting to show up and suddenly be told that none of my payment or verification options would work. My husband is unable to come in and rent the vehicle himself because he works and provides for our family while I stay home to care for our special-needs child. So apparently that means I’m supposed to magically produce documentation in my own name that I was never told I needed in advance. If there are specific requirements for renting a vehicle, TELL CUSTOMERS BEFORE THEY WASTE THEIR TIME DRIVING TO YOUR LOCATION. This should have been explained when the reservation was made or at the very least when I called. Instead, I drove all the way there, only to find out at the counter that I couldn’t rent the vehicle. After everything I had already gone through trying to get a rental, this was the last thing I needed. Between the Pisgah Forest location not actually having the vehicle I reserved and then the Hendersonville location refusing to accept my documentation after I drove all the way there, this entire experience with Enterprise has been beyond frustrating. I have rented from Enterprise before without this kind of problem, which makes this even more frustrating. Loyal customers should not have to learn the rules the hard way at the rental counter. A simple phone call explaining the requirements could have saved me an entire wasted trip.

  Other than having a sleepless night last night (due to the email they sent yesterday saying they could not provide me my confirmed rental car as they had overbooked). As I am attending a funeral tomorrow, many hours from the pickup location I find this to be horrible management.. They did in fact have a car but I was only notified all was cancelled!! Staff working was quite nice.
