    Would be 0 stars if available, im currently pissed at this store. This used to be a great store and my go-to, but not anymore. I'm probably going to see about moving to a new location for commercial service because this one is currently terrible. However, recently it has been almost impossible to set up a commercial account with this company; it took months to finally get it fixed. After finally getting an account set up, I ordered a tool and was told it would arrive in 5 to 10 business days. Five days later, I was informed that the tool was just being shipped and would take an additional 7 to 14 business days to arrive. Not to mention, every time I've called this store, I've had to sit on hold for fifteen-plus minutes; every call exceeds 30 minutes, except for last time, which was 5 minutes—kind of ridiculous. I am currently not happy with this store at all due to the level of frustration with the misleading date and extended wait time. I was needing the tool in 5 days... not needing it shipped out in 5 days. From what I have managed to put together in my own head and reading the reviews from the last couple of months + the dreaded interaction with this store, it doesn't seem like anyone really knows what is going on there. I hope a district manager reaches out to me because I would like to have a conversation and I need them to switch my stores.

    I ordered parts here and they allegedly cancelled the order because they didn't have them. No proof provided, just told "you'll receive an email". Now I have to pay another $200 for parts while my refund processes. Perhaps they should hire some competent people and they wouldn't have dissatisfied customers!

    I have never been treated disrespectfully like I had at this store I ordered a part. Nobody would even check to see if it’d come in,they just walked around aimlessly . It never came in and then the manager on duty treated me with total disrespect. I cannot believe that advanced auto parts would let someone like this work there I would hope they would do something about this and reprimand the manager totally totally unprofessional. I would suggest not to go there and I will never give them my business again. I have been going there for six years never been treated this way so if you’re thinking about going Don’t. The store number is 6356
