  Highly recommend you not having your vehicle serviced at Mavis Tires & Brakes. They are rude to you and not honest people.

  I have been here a few times before but this time I question how competent they are with this particular service. I went for an oil change, tire rotation and I was overcharged. I did not know that I shouldn’t have paid for a tire rotation with me purchasing my tires from them. I had to return for them to fix a bolt on my hub assembly the next day but I was also told on that next day after returning that I need to replace my hub assembly. after us discussing that and me not having the funds to replace that at that moment, they said I can reschedule for later. I got back in my car and I had three additional lights on my dashboard. They looked at my car for another 30 to 45 minutes and could not figure out why my lights were on. Those lights were not on until they put my hub assembly back on my car. Now I feel I have to go to the dealership for them to actually fix the job that this company created. they should reimburse me for that additional service.
