VERY satisfied with my visit to Mavis Tires in Henderson. Easy to get to, clean on the inside, and I was warmly + quickly greeted by Jared. Also, when I come back the food + stores in the shared lot (aka walking distance) are places I'd actually want to go if while waiting. *Other places* tried to oversell me (and then flat out refused to even inspect when I didn't bite), Mavis Henderson provided the services I immediately needed, while also still explaining what I may need in the future and why. ALMOST NO WAIT TIME to start, yet Jared + the Mavis Henderson staff still took their time with the actual work. Mavis Henderson has REASONABLE PRICES on services performed + quotes for future recommended services. You could probably find "cheaper", but that's only initially because you'll be paying in wasted time, unnecessary "extras", and still receive lacking service. I... can't even believe people are still doing that? Anyway. I literally should have just stuck with my gut and came here first. Thanks lovlies!

The gentlemen of this establishment went out of their way, more than once, to find a way to help me when I needed last minute work done on my vehicle. They also diagnosed and fixed a problem that I knew about but had not mentioned because I thought they wouldn’t have time. They helped me find the most cost effective solutions to get back on the road safely and answered all of my questions. They even showed me how to correctly perform a small piece of maintenance I had tried (unsuccessfully) to do on my own. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you!

Driving from Florida to DC today for a quick family trip. I had a tire blow on my truck going down the highway. I pulled up Google and searched the nearest tire shops. My first 2 shops I called quoted me a multiple hour wait as well as full tire replacement. My 3rd call was to Mavis and Jared answered. He said he’d take a look and get me in and out in minutes not hours. Upon inspection he said the tire had no damage, other the the hole, so he patched me up, mounted it, and replaced my spare for me. Didn’t charge me a dime, just took care of me with true southern hospitality. What started as a rough morning, especially with the wife and kid in the car, turned into a remarkable example of customer service and what it means to be a good, honest business. 10/10 recommend these guys if you ever need service. Thank you Jared.

OMG! This place was a life saver. I broke down with my babies and been on the side of the road for almost 10 hours. Went to Walmart for a tire change and they turned me away. I called here and they took us promptly but not just that, their customer service is unmatched. Very helpful, informative and super polite. Jared Clayton was THE BEST 👌🏾 He was so patient and help. He made sure I was comfortable enough for this 13 hour drive. The prices was reasonable as well. I recommend this place to ANY and EVERYONE in need of good quality service in this area. Hands down made my day. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
