  Horrible experience. Over 2 months ago I paid to have a trailer wiring kit and lights installed and a trailer jack installed. I was told that the jack had to be ordered and it would take a couple days. They proceeded to wire the trailer. When I came to pick it up, the trailer was wired incorrectly with the wires hanging underneath the trailer and the wires were cut too short to attach to my truck. The guy said that I could buy an extension. I said why would I do that when I bought more than enough wiring in the first place. He attempted to fix that issue but the left signal still doesn't work. The jack that they ordered didn't come back for a month. That was the wrong jack. Yesterday I get a call saying that the right jack finally came back after 2 months. They had the nerve to charge me an additional cost because they ordered the wrong part initially. Then they can't install it because the guy can't weld. I said that was the whole purpose for me bringing the trailer when I made these purchases. So that you could physically see what needed to be done to the trailer in question. Over 2 months have gone by and I still don't have a functioning trailer but I'm out hundreds of dollars. Their suggestion was to go to another store to get the work done and be charged all over again for their inability to do the work the claim to be able to do. This is a work trailer that I can't use. I then asked for corporate's number. Of course they aren't open on the weekends and they didn't have an option for me to leave a message. A few years ago this store was awesome. I wouldn't advise anyone to go there now for parts ordering or installation. The pictures below show how the lights don't work and how he attempted to do a poor tape job on what was supposed to be a professional install. He even left a wire completely unfastened.
