  First off he was not very friendly rude and smug nor did he even try. The enterprise guys in wakeforest were willing to come pick me up And I live 30mins from me but it was an issue for henderson not a service they have on the weekend only Mon-Fri and now I am being told there is only a 5 mile radius gor pickup. I reserved a mid-size car online but ended up with a clown car that sits 4 people. He didn't try to find out if this car would work for me and my family. Like I said I reserved online but then they tell me 24-48hr for a confirmation email. But meanwhile people are walking in and getting a car. Is just felt it was half ass customer service he should not be giving cars to walk-ins without a reservation and he was not willing or even try to resolve my issue. I'll use the enterprise in Wakeforest before I come back here or even Hertz. I did not feel valued or taken care of.

  Did not have a car available even though I had one reserved. Their solution was to wait around and hope one gets returned..

  From start to finish the rental process was quick and easy. Fairly decent selection of vehicles. Man at desk was really nice and helpful. Totally pleased with the experience.
