They have really found their stride in how they perform the service for their customers. I was impressed with the communication I received (EVERY step of the way). I particularly was impressed how the mechanics were working as a team and methodically performed the work in a " by the book" manner. It became obvious they were adhering to a checklist so that no step in the process would be missed. BIP-BAM-BOOM! I was in and out of there, hydrated and fully satisfied even with the bill. I utilized a coupon that was available and saved money big time! Thanks SB, I'll be binging my mom's auto in for service soon.

They also brought in our cabin air filter to show us that it did not need replacing, which I thought was pretty good since Hyundai of New Bern tried to charge me for one that I didn't need replacing a year ago!
