  My wife was on the airport to pick me up and had a low tire alert on the way. I sent her here to Mavis. When she got there there was only one car in one day and several people milling around including in the office around 3:00 p.m. they said they were too busy and couldn't handle it. She needed to make an appointment for a flat repair. She drove down the road a couple of blocks to a competitor who immediately took care of it for her. I guess the flat repair wasn't enough money for them to care. I guess the idea that I was

  Did not want me there. I'm sure he'll remember me. Asked him what a $90 full service oil change entailed. He said tire rotation but you don't have enough thread for me to rotate them. Asked him if they had windshield washer refill for the full service. Didn't have that either. Very annoyed when I tried to use a coupon on your website. Told him to forget about it as with the coupon it was $88. Was hoping the new name would give you better service but it did not.

  We were on vacation in Emerald Isle, NC and on the day were are set to leave my daughters tire was completely flat, and this was a Sunday. In addition, no one wanted to even look at the tire because it was a low profile SUV tire. After 6 hours of calling and driving to shop after shop, Eric and Ty took the time to put it on a lift and see what they could do. It was leaking around the valve stem, they replaced it in less than 30 minutes, and we were able to finally get on the road to Maryland!

  Went for an oil change and inspection. Dude at the counter told me my inspection wasn’t going to pass due to needing a new tire so I told him to add a tire to the bill so my inspection will pass. I also asked the dude if tire rotation and fluids be checked/topped off if needed. He said yes to both. I know for a fact my coolant needed to be topped off, which they didn’t do. Also didn’t rotate my tires, asked him to add a little air to this one tire as it was a little bit lower than the rest…I know my tires weren’t rotated because my car lets me know the tire pressure. Tire pressure was still the same to the tire I asked them to put a little more air in. When I called and asked why they didn’t do a tire rotation he said it’s because the other 3 tire tread weren’t enough for a rotation even though 2 out of the 3 tires are practically new as I just recently bought and replaced them. The 3 tires that didn’t need replacing still have plenty of life left to them. So didn’t top off coolant, didn’t add air to the tire of request and didn’t rotate the tires after asking about it and requesting. Never again will I give them my business.

  Went in for new set of tires. They claimed my alignment was SEVERELY out. When I demanded to see the report, there was an awkward silence. The report showed both front wheels pushed identically right—meaning the tech just didn't center the steering wheel on the rack. They kept the report when I refused the service. Beware of the fake alignment scam here. Ended up paying $40 more than what we were quoted when we scheduled the appointment, also. End of the day, I avoided the scam and got the new tires and it was relatively fast. But there are better places to go in town.
