  Andrew and Htoo did a great job getting my alignment just right. Turns out my tie rods were siezed and they wrestled them back into shape with a torch in 90° heat like absolute champs. Now my faithful Mazda feels like it's driving on rails. Thanks for the hard work!

  Amanda and Nick have exceptional customer service. They seem knowledgeable and have a desire to help. They fixed my problem without charging an arm and a leg. And it was more difficult than it was suppose to be. Thanks, I will recommend you to the locals

  This morning, I woke up to a flat tire and was so thankful this shop is right behind where I live. I pulled in before they were even open, and Amanda came right out to help me. She brought me a clipboard, got my information, and had me taken care of as soon as they opened. Amazing customer service from start to finish! The atmosphere was friendly, welcoming, and professional, and I truly felt like they cared about helping me. I highly recommend this place. It’s wonderful to have a local business that treats people with kindness and provides such great service.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers in Havelock. I’ve dealt with plenty of automotive shops in the area, and this experience was genuinely a step above what I’ve come to expect from local businesses. From the moment I pulled in, Andrew greeted me right in the parking lot and immediately made me feel like I was in good hands. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure everything I needed was taken care of. He also handled my tire rotation, and the entire process was quick and thorough. In the oil change bay, Nick and Htoo were fantastic. They were professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. I never felt rushed through the process or like I was just another vehicle in line. They communicated well, answered my questions, and made sure I knew what was being done. What really impressed me was the combination of quality, speed, professionalism, and price. The service was prompt without feeling careless or rushed, the staff genuinely seemed to care about doing a good job, and the price was extremely reasonable compared with other places I’ve used locally. It’s honestly refreshing to find an automotive service business where the people working there seem to understand that good customer service still matters. Andrew, Nick, and Htoo all deserve recognition for the way they treated me. I appreciate the excellent service and will absolutely be coming back. If you’re looking for an oil change, tire service, or just a shop that actually treats customers right, I highly recommend giving this location a chance.   If I could give them 0 stars I would. I went and told them I had a nail in my tire and they told me I had 3. Then they tested it to see if I had any leaking for them to patch it and they said 2 were too close together for my tire to be patch so then they proceeded to try to sell me a $300 tire when I literally just got the car so my tires are practically brand new. When I told them I didn’t want to spend that much on a tire they then told me no one’s going to patch my tire which was a dead face lie because I went and got my tire patched (they patched one hole) and haven’t had a problem since. My tire has been fine. This was the straw that broke the camels back because my husband and I went before then and had a bad experience. We will never be going back to this location.
