  Amanda and Nick were absolutely wonderful! I called ahead, same day, about a leaking valve stem on a brand new set of tires. Amanda told me to come on down and that they could get me taken care of. It was raining and she still met me outside to greet me and help me, which I greatly appreciated! The service was quick, well done, and Amanda and Nick were so friendly and welcoming. I won’t take my car anywhere else after such a great experience! :)

  They replaced the brakes, calipers, and rotors. Immediately the brakes are burning, uneven temperatures between driver side and passenger side, smoke coming off of only the driver side brakes, and huge metal shavings in both brake pads. The manager (I'm assuming) tried to tell me that was normal for an old truck. I'm not dumb, and I will be taking apart the calipers because I have a feeling the piston o-rings are incorrectly installed. Also the manager lady went full nuclear when asked about why there was a labor cost, when they were the ones to do it incorrectly in the first place. If mechanics ran like that, then why wouldn't I just always fudge the job to make infinite labor pay? Terrible temper and customer service, I feel bad for her mechanics. Also they left a measuring tape in the truck..? Who is using a measuring tape in the interior to do a brake job..? General incompetence runs rampant at this shop.

  The whole team was fabulous! Communicated all the things that I needed done clearly, helped me work within my budget and didnt have that normal pushy attitude that I've struggled with at other businesses. Will definitely be back go see Amanda and the crew for all my oil change and car needs!!

  So the manager was very nice and kind. But the guy that was working on trying to do my oil change was trying to pull my axle out of my work truck to do the tire rotation. Then I was notified that he was not doing the rotation because it was too hard to do, also the complete underside of my truck still has oil dripping from where the filter was changed and lastly I came out to oil puddles in my truck. Really crazy for a new shop to be this bad. Would recommend you take your vehicle somewhere else this place is worse than a jiffy lube.
