  The Havelock NC. Management Team (Ashley) was AWESOME! Mr. Ashley's Customer Service was excellent! I could not have received better service, I would definitely rent from this location again. On a 1-10 rating, definitely a 10+. Businesses needs more with Mr. Ashley personality! He is an Awesome, 1st class Service Manager. Many thanks to the Havelock Location. Thank You, F. Dailey

  Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Called several times and was on hold for over 15 mins and then disconnected twice before I got a representative on the phone. I was told they could pick me up that afternoon and that they would call to set it up. After waiting 3 hrs I called them and they said again that they would call back AND DIDN’T. I called again and they said they were out of vehicles for the day and that I could make an appointment for the following day. I came to the shop the next day and waited an hour after my scheduled time before they showed up. Never using their service again!
