  I was told my Valid NC drivers license couldn't be accepted due to a crack on the bottom of my license. My license was not broken, but did have a faint crack. I was told to go to the DMV for a paper copy. The wait there was several hours, until finally I ran out of time to make it to my appointment out of town. That same NCDL was used at this location, and the new Bern location just last month in the exact same condition with no problem. I've reviewed the contract with enterprise, and nowhere does it inform customers of this policy. Per enterprise policy you must present a valid driver's license. I have confirmed with the North Carolina State Highway Patrol that in its current condition, my driver's license IS valid. Please provide further education and training for your employees, or revise your company policy that is outlined in the contract, as this has caused quite an inconvenience and wasted money for a trip I'm now unable to take. Update: After receiving the response to the review, I followed their instructions and emailed details to the email address provided. 2 months later and I still have yet to hear anything. Deplorable customer service.

  Trying to get someone on the phone is ridiculous...The car was clean but signs of wear and tear......

  If i could give ZERO stars, I would! Reserved a car only to be told upon arrival that there were no cars available, and they probably wont have one today. What a JOKE. Never rent from Enterprise ever again.
