  I came to the store about a month ago to have my car inspected. That is when I first met Troy. He and his crew did a great job taking care of my needs and my car. I returned today to have my oil changed and Troy and his crew were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely return for future service. I will also recommend this locations to my friends and family.

  I usually frequent a different location closer to home. Troy is an exceptional manager. I love that he came to introduce himself and let me know he was there in case I needed anything. He also seems to take care of his employees. Trey did a great job getting me out of there quickly with my oil change.

  I went to Valvoline for an oil change, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The employee who helped me, Ash, told me my battery was reading 12.61 volts and that I needed a new battery because it was going to die soon. However, my dashboard was clearly showing my battery voltage between 13.9 and 14.3 volts. When I questioned him, he insisted there was a problem. To be safe, I went straight to AutoZone and had my battery tested. They confirmed that my battery is perfectly fine and does not need to be replaced. On top of that, after leaving Valvoline, AutoZone pointed out that my battery cover had been left unsecured and hanging loose, there was oil residue left behind, and the cap for my windshield washer fluid tube was missing. What made the experience even more confusing was that I had stopped by earlier in the week to ask about brake service and was told they do not do brakes. Yet during my visit, someone asked if I had brake pads because they could install them for me. The lack of communication, poor workmanship, and pushy sales tactics were very disappointing. If I had read the reviews beforehand, I would have chosen a different place for service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location. Honestly, based on my experience, this place should be shut down. The poor workmanship, misleading information, lack of professionalism, and careless service could have caused serious problems for customers. I would strongly encourage others to do their research before bringing their vehicle here. On top of that, Ash claimed to be the manager when I returned to address my concerns and told them they needed to stop misleading customers. However, I later learned that he was not the manager. That was very unprofessional and only added to my frustration with the entire experience. To make matters worse, when I filed a claim, the manager denied it. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—I simply wanted the cap for my windshield washer reservoir that went missing during my service. It’s disappointing that my concern was dismissed. The manager should be embarrassed that employees are misrepresenting themselves and creating situations that reflect poorly on the business. Based on my experience, there seems to be a serious lack of accountability and professionalism at this location.

  Troy was great! Had no idea he was the manager til after service. He did my coolant change super fast and offered to let me hang out outside the car in case it got too hot (it was 100° outside today!) He also showed me how often I *should* be getting my coolant changed and showed me the vehicle history, so now I won’t let it get so dirty! Very friendly, efficient, and would definitely come back in the future!

  I recently went to this Valvoline for a routine oil change which went extremely smoothly. The new manager at this location also was able to fix my broken glove compartment in which I had many mechanics and other people look at free of charge. This has been an issue for me for years and he fixed it right away no questions asked. I will return to this Valvoline in the future just due to the kindness of the team that works there. I recommend this location.
