  Getting services here was one of the most pleasant experiences dealing with car stuff! The price initially quoted was the price I paid- no funny business! Tires aligned with smooth results. The staff was friendly, helpful, and I was on my way. Very clean establishment! Thank you for the great service!

  🙌🏽 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🙌🏽 I received truly exceptional tire service from the moment I arrived. Romaceez, the mechanic, went above and beyond to thoroughly address everything my tires needed and ensure my vehicle was safe and ready for the road. He genuinely looked out for me, provided excellent care, and treated my vehicle as though it were his own. Manager Jason Grider was equally professional, attentive, and committed to making sure I received the very best service. As a woman, it meant so much to be treated with respect, have everything explained clearly, and leave knowing that my tires had been properly serviced and that I could feel SAFE and confident on the road. Their honesty, expertise, attention to detail, and genuine concern for my safety made this an outstanding experience. It is rare to find a team that combines excellent workmanship with such sincere customer care. I left feeling valued, protected, and extremely grateful.   Update: so I finally found out why the tires were such crap, I ended up having to take them somewhere else and they told me that I need a new tires right away because they were so old. I just got these tires put on last year. I told that to the guy explained where I went and he showed me the date on the tires when they put the tires on my car. They were already 4 1/2 years old!!! I know all I will get to this review is a BS “we are sorry about your experience plz reach us at blah blah blah yet nothing will ever be done; not to mention you can do tell they are giving discounts for good reviews and having bad ones removed because there use to be TONS of 1-3 star reviews for this place….It’s sad I have been begging this place for 9 months to fix whatever was causing the tires to not even hold air - late last night it almost cost my daughter her life. The tires have water inside them, it’s obviously something wasn’t sealed correctly and the tire finally gave out and has now bent my rim all to hell. I shouldn’t have to beg for help when something they did wasn’t right nor should I be blamed (well my cars air gauge) when they couldn’t even be bothered to just look it over and see why I was having to put air in the brand new tires every damn day!! Stay away!! Org. Review: 1.5 years ago I left a five star review but now, I can’t! I got a new car back on February. Took it to get four new tires and paid A LOT for them; almost $1000 when I could have went elsewhere for $700. Over the past six months I have been up there multiple times getting them looked at because air won’t hold!! I am adding air every other day for the past SIX months when this shouldn’t be the case with “new tires”. The tire guys are great but the products and the quality is just not there. I also got an oil change around the same time and will never take my car there to change the oil - the following day I noticed oil leaking in my driveway. Whe my husband came back in town I had him look at it and when he touched the oil filter, it literally FELL OFF! If that would have happened while driving, my new car would have been done. No oil in a running car can blow the engine! Needless to say, after only using this place for both my cars for two years, I won’t be back!! Heading to QT to once again add air to my tires!!

  Had a wonderful experience getting my oil changed here! The service is always top notch and the guys are always very friendly! They always give timely recommendations and don't try to take you for a ride giving you extra things that don't need to be done to your car. They take very good care of their customers and that is very apparent in their work. Romaceez and Chris were absolutely wonderful at the Harrisburg location!

  I do not like leaving bad reviews however I must express my concerns about my experience I had with this shop today. I went there to ask if someone could change out my right signal bulb & I advised the man that I already had the bulbs. He asked me to pull in so they can take a look,at that time I was asked to pop my hood. Another guy came out & said we can change it however it’s going to take a little while bc we have to take this whole piece off to get to the bulb & they don’t have time to do it & then I asked the guy did he know of any other places in the area he said no I said okay then I asked how much does it cost he gave me the price. I left that shop feeling like the guys didn’t want to provide service to me so I drove away. I went to another shop which I’m not going to name out of respect but the guy pulled a piece from my right wheel & pulled the bulb out I handed him the bulbs that I had & that quick my signal was changed. So I recently had my oil change done at this shop & I received a quote for 4 new tires which I was going to bring my car in on Thursday 08/13 to have the tires replaced but after this encounter I will never spend another dime at this shop. I could have been a loyal client for this business as I’ve been shopping around for a mechanic I could trust so that’s why I initially started going here. The first couple of times the service was great but the last 2 times I’ve been here the encounter was a little off & I left there feeling hurt & disappointed. Thank you for your dishonesty.
