Also a pleasure doing business with these guys. Fair prices and do not try to sell something you don't need.

I got my car inspection done 3/31 around 4 PM. All it needed was the right back reflector put in and screws that were really hard to get to that a shop would have to do I drove into that place with no errors on my car And drove out with a malfunctioning error for my Accident detector, which had been working perfectly fine up until I made the worst decision of my life going to this place. I called them and told them because he did mention removing the bumper when I said that replacing the back right reflector was hard to do with out a mechanic the first day I showed up. When I went back morning of 4/1and try to make it my fault because of it being taped up on the bottom of my car But it does NOT matter if it was taped up at the bottom of my car it was working before I pulled up into their shop for a while and I had a random malfunction error that I never had before about the Accident detector when I pulled out of the shop the first time and immediately called them. It’s their responsibility to make sure that your car is working the way it was before you pulled In to the shop. Horrible negligence the entire time I was sitting there yesterday all they were doing was talking about purchasing tickets, goofing off walking around Back-and-forth in and out from the back room to the front, probably not paying attention to what they’re doing with my car. I have never in my life had something like this happen, but I really don’t trust mechanics after this. My accident detector was working perfectly fine until I rolled up into that unprofessional shop and they did something to the back of it messed up the wires which caused the error to come on my car and when I went back the second time this morning, all they did was remove the error. They didn’t restore it back to the way it was when I pulled up into their shop. Imagine that driving up into a shop with your accident detector working perfectly fine with no errors on your car and then when you’re done and drive out of the shop, you have a malfunctioning detection error and it completely stopped working because of them and now it doesn’t work at all. They did something with the wiring Clearly, and they’re trying to pin it on me. Dirty people. not taking responsibility for something that you caused is CRAZY! It’s a professional mechanics job to make sure that your car is working the way it was before it pulled up into the shop. An accident detector doesn’t just stop working the day a shop just starts doing repairs on the back of your car That’s not a coincidence and doesn’t just happen. I’m Shocked by this entire situation. That’s like having a used tire and then your tire being flat when they give you your car back.. It DOES NOT MATTER if it was taped up it was working perfectly fine and now it doesn’t work at all. They are refusing to fix it or take responsibility! There are delicate wires behind the reflector and I KNOW they damaged the wires from irresponsible negligence my accident detection was working perfectly until that error code came on my car after they were done with it….i think it was the owner but when I called that 2nd time refusing to fix it the way it was before I pulled in he basically was yelling at me over the phone that I had to hang up on him he just kept gaslighting me and not taking responsibility! something needs to be done about this I’m not sure how common this is but mechanics need to start being held accountable for this! This is people’s property they’re damaging and it’s not fair.. the gaslighting is real…… Edit: I had to edit this post to make sure all dates and times were correct.

This place is truly a gem! My car had numerous engine codes, and as a woman visiting an auto mechanic, I’m often cautious about being taken advantage of. However, the team here was incredibly friendly, upfront, and honest. I never once felt pressured or misled. They even followed up afterward to ensure everything was running smoothly. I’m so glad I found this place, and I’ll definitely be a loyal customer!

I am so excited to leave this review! I’ve had a HORRIBLE time with car repairs in the past. So many auto places see a young girl come in and quote things that aren’t necessary and overcharge like crazy. I was really worried about being taken advantage of when my car broke yesterday. But when I called John he immediately made me feel like I could trust him, so I had my car towed there this morning. I thought it was the catalytic converter (a couple thousand dollars to fix) and any dishonest person could have just ran with that and took my money. But not John at C&S! He called me Just now and told it was a starter issue and saved me over 1500 bucks!! I am so pleased that I chose c&s! I’m a single mother of 3 kids, so his honesty and integrity really does go SO far!! If I ever have any issues again, I’ll only be going to C&S auto from now on! Thanks John! For everything!!

Came in for just a routine oil change this time, and John always takes good care of us. However, I had been having three separate issues that I had been trying to troubleshoot on my own at first. This visit, I was just planning for the oil change, but they discovered the source of all three problems without my saying anything about them first and got me fixed up quickly. That's a sign of a place that knows their stuff, does quality work, and can be trusted. Thank you. This is a good shop if you are looking for one.

Frequently Asked Questions About C & S Auto

How often should I rotate my tires?

We recommend rotating your tires every 5,000 miles or every other oil change. Failing to rotate your tires regularly is one of the leading causes of early tire wear.

Is it really necessary to replace my timing belt at the manufacturer's recommended interval?

Absolutely. In many vehicles, a timing belt failure can lead to significant engine damage. The expense of repairing an engine after a timing belt breaks far exceeds the cost of replacing the belt at the recommended interval.
