- JHJames HebertSep 25, 20261.0If the employees can’t determine where they are working then I wouldn’t trust them to know anything about any vehicles. One of the employees who wasn’t wearing any name tags was snarky and said that something I was looking for online said they had a item in stock at this location and when asking the employee said “that is at autozone this is advance if you read the sign then you’d know where you are at”. Even though this is the closest place to me as it’s within walking distance of me then I will gladly drive the extra 30 minutes to avoid this location.

I know their policy and procedures better than they do. No professionalism or accountability from the top all the way down. From the store manager Roger and his right hand Chris this location is garbage. I wasted a week and 5 trips dealing with incompetence.

- PWPatrick WallSep 9, 20262.0On August 26, I visited Advance Auto Parts to pick up battery terminals for my car. Both parts were listed on the website, but due to my own mistake, I purchased two negative terminals instead of one positive and one negative. The associate working that day was extremely helpful — he located the correct parts that were listed online but hadn’t been stocked on the shelf yet. Smart young man, great customer service. On August 28, I had a very different experience. I returned the unopened negative terminal without the receipt but with the card I used. The associate told me he couldn’t process the refund without the physical receipt. Inconvenient, but fine — the receipt was at home. My issue was with the positive terminals. The website showed two in stock at that location, but again, they weren’t on the shelf. Instead of checking, the associate refused to look and immediately told me to go to another store. I explained that the website showed they were in this store and that I was willing to buy them now and bring the receipt back later for the return. He still didn’t check. He didn’t look anything up. He just repeated that they weren’t there, and his attitude made it clear he saw me as an inconvenience. So I drove home in pouring rain, grabbed the receipt, returned both terminals for a full refund, and ordered the same parts on Amazon for half the price. This is why Amazon gets your money. Poor customer service. I’m done with Advance Auto Parts.
