- KDKreative DeSignOct 8, 20261.0Manager was SUPER unprofessional. Overheard her gossiping about an employee. Aside from that I came for an inspection and the guy who did the inspection was kind and fast but my issue is he was the only one on the floor doing them and the line was backed up even though he was doing them fast. If I’m not mistaken, Managers have to know how to do everything on the floor so instead of her talking about people, maybe it would be more effective if she was doing her job.
- MBMary BlantonOct 7, 20265.0Excellent service. New manager and she has a great crew. Marcias (sp?). Outstanding.
- MMMichelleOct 5, 20265.0Great experience today. Great staff and they seem to work as a team. It was a new concept but I had no problem sitting in my car, and they all interacted with me the entire time. I will be back!
- FGFernando GrossoOct 3, 20261.0I am never going to that franchise again. I took my truck in for its annual inspection—I’ve been going there for service for 4 years. They told me they couldn't pass the inspection unless I replaced the windshield wiper blade. A man grabbed one from the display and placed it on the hood near the windshield. I assumed he had installed it, since the inspection wouldn't pass otherwise. He left it there; I got into my truck, confident it was done, but while driving along Firetower Road, I saw the blade fly off. That’s when I realized he hadn't even installed it. He only cared about charging me the $30 and didn't bother to actually change the blade. I’m never going back, and I recommend no one else does either. It’s absolutely disgraceful
- ALAdam LunkleySep 22, 20261.0Absolutely Horrible service. I went in for a oil change and the manager Evette has absolutely no idea what she is doing. All the workers look like chickens with their heads cut off. A 15 min oil change turned into a hour and 45 min🤦♂️ Asked multiple times to check my cabin air filter after I had already told them no. Pushy and super slow service. Wont be returning
