  Fast, friendly, well priced, in the staff was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I have already brought three of my family’s cars and plan to bring the next circle for oil changes and inspections over the next few months.

  Never going back to this location on Firetower Gteenville NC location. I’m a 20 year customer of Valvoline oil change franchises in Greenville NC and Wilson NC. I took my truck to Firetower location on June 18th for an oil change. For the last several years I always request that they not take my air filter out (the plastic housing threads are stripped) and that I would like to see the oil filter they take off with my own eyes (while I stand in the parking lot outside of the bay) so I can see the gasket is still on the oil filter (a reasonable request, and I have my reasons).. This has never been a problem until this visit - in 20 years of requesting this. The Valvoline representative had a hostile attitude from the time I requested them not to take my air filter out, and when I walked out of the building (literally was standing on asphalt) and requested to see the oil filter when they removed it, he YELLED at me “YOU CAN GET IN YOuR TRUCK, OR YOU CAN GO IN THE CUSTOMER WAITING ROOM, OR WE’RE NOT SERVICING YOUR VEHICLE”. I said “you know what - I’m outta here” and went to my truck and said to him I’d never be coming back. He YELLED at me in front of the Valvoline team members “WE DON’T CARE”!! He was still mouthing off at me as I drove my truck out of the bay. To be fair to Valvoline, I will tell you I went directly to the Greenville Blvd Valvoline location where I have also gone many times, and I got excellent service and my oil changed. I made the same requests, and the Greenville Blvd franchise gladly obliged my requests. Myself, my wife, my two adult daughters will never go to the Firetower franchise again. I filed a formal complaint with corporate, and they were very understanding and apologetic and gave me a discount coupon. I appreciate their understanding. I have waited a whole week before giving this review to see if I calmed down after this experience, but I am still upset. If I could give the Firetower franchise a zero, I would, but 1 is the lowest rating I can give.

  Jamar was awesome! The whole crew was for bay 1. However—I tried to call the business afterwards 5 times and the phone answering system is RIDICULOUS!
