  Went in to redeem car wash; was informed card expired, but it had no expiration date; then was told they are no longer Take 5; but the sign says Take 5; I was told I was blocking my blessing because I let him know there is no expiration date on card and accused of getting upset when I only had to raise my voice because he kept interrupting me; I don’t appreciate as a customer, being over talked, interrupted or being told you doing me a favor? totally unprofessional; I have been there before WITHOUT a coupon and was not treated like this

  5-Star Review forTake Five 5 Car Wash in Ayden, NC! I stopped at Take 5 Car Wash in Ayden, NC while traveling through the area, and it was exactly what I needed before heading back home. The facility itself is very clean, well-maintained, and clearly run with high standards. The car wash delivered quality results, my vehicle came out looking sharp and thoroughly cleaned. What really stood out was the exceptional service from the team. The employees were extremely attentive and helpful from start to finish. As I was finishing up and getting ready to drive home, I noticed a couple of minor bug splatters still on my car window. One of the employees (I unfortunately didn’t catch his name) immediately stepped in to help me personally. He took care of it right away with a great attitude and no hesitation. I really wish I had gotten his name because his kindness made a big difference and left me with a fantastic final impression. 5 Car Wash combined professional service, a clean environment, and genuinely helpful staff in a way that can seem rare these days. If you’re in the Ayden area, this is the place to go. Thank you to the whole team, especially that thoughtful employee, for going the extra mile!
