Difficulty with time consuming to set up monthly plan "25min". Even as another customer was behind me. Went through wash. First soap line didn't work. Left vertical scrubber missing middle sections. After wash, examined car rear section partially cleaned. Wheel hub cap areas right side not cleaned. Showed agent offered to go through a second time. I advised him I would but if not cleaned I wanted to cancel my contract with a full refund. He agreed. Second time still not cleaned. Agent stated they couldn't cancel until system activated initial input. Wanted me to come back next day. Went back two days latter. They were closed. Contact Ed by phone. Explained above to "Josh". Now I get an email, they've cancelled my monthly plan but still have charged me $18. For the "WASH". This is totally unacceptable. Will continue to pursue for a refund

Paid 24.00 for a car wash going through the wash Young black guy spraying what ever on driver side nothing on right side front or rear but was able to talk on his cell phone. After going through it I pulled over to vacuum and wipe down my vehicle, not one bug was washed off no tire spray, worse car wash in Greenville don't waste your money there unless u just want a water wash,

I have traveled around the country quite a bit and this may be the worst car wash out there.

Went because I had a coupon, with the coupon it was worth it, but wouldn't go back. The wash isn't worth the price if it would have been full price
