  Busy moms don’t have time to sit hours in a car shop, so thanks SpeeDee for being quick! The gentleman who greeted me was friendly, gave simple instructions, and was able to have my car inspected in about 20-30 minutes. I was surprised since there were three others waiting when I went inside. The lobby was clean and checkout was easy.

  I took my car in for a diagnostic check. The check ended up being free because Steve explained to me that they would not be able to repair it. I would need to go to the Jeep dealer.. I have an appointment with Jeep in the morning. The atmosphere was very friendly and it seems as though the cars were getting serviced quickly. I will definitely go back one my car is fixed for my oil change.

  First let me say I read reviews and thought maybe this place is really good especially for something like state inspection . I made an appointment a week ago and kept getting reminder about what time my appointment will be. I got there 25 minutes early just to get an older man give me attitude about his men grabbing a break and they will resume around 1:30pm I kindly said “ I made an appointment a week out and kept getting a reminder? Why would they give me that if that’s actually lunch time?” Forget that! That older man was not having it giving me attitude shaking his head and saying I don’t know what to tell you! So mind you I have a Puerto Rican flag hanging he saw that and instead of being kind he had other plans I won’t give this place business if that’s the kind of response to give to someone who never visit that place before I’m sure they are great but that first interaction was not it!!! Rude just rude and I gave it back Becareful who you give an attitude too.

  I sat in that waiting room listening to Steve (Self described as the manager) lie to me and the other customers coming through there stating the we would void my manufacturers warranty for our engine if we did not use full synthetic" That is a bold faced lie, the manufacturer use a synthetic blend when manufactured. I also was told, my tires don't need to be rotated (a service I asked for) knowing that it's recommended every 5,000 - 7,500 miles my truck has 6,300 miles and the whole reason I went there was to get a tire rotation and oil change. They did not rotate my tires and turned hostile when I called him on his BS sales tactic about voiding manufacture warranty... Im all for someone doing there job and trying to upscale. But lying to people and using a scare tactic is immoral... Shameful...
