  Took my car for an oil change and was in and out in 10 minutes. Attendant was very polite. I will be using them from now on for all oil changes and inspections.

  I've always had excellent service with them so I'm not sure what happened. I went in to get my spark plugs replaced and upon picking up my vehicle, I was told only 3 out of the 4 fuel pumps I believe, were working and it was basically unfixable, so, I would have to get a new car. When asked how long the car had, I was told it would go out any day now. Literally when I pulled out of the lot, my car started jolting and shaking. I didn't even make it around the corner before I had to turn and go back. I asked if a test drive could be done to make sure it was ok, and upon leaving with the manager, the person who checked me out, came out and said (with an attitude)he already told me the issue. Again, I was told I needed a new car, and it wasn't safe to drive on the main road but a diagnostic would be done. Upon going back inside, the same man who already had an attitude, told me my old plugs were getting put in, and I would be getting a refund. I didn't bother asking why, I just wanted to leave. I went to get a second option and when describing what the vehicle was doing, I was asked if my fuel pumps got replaced and I told them I was unsure. I was also told that from the sound of it, it sounds like they disconnected one pump which not only was a safety issue but, it would've definitely messed up the motor. They also asked why, my old plugs were put back when, I needed them, and especially if my car was "unsafe ton drive" I said I was unsure but, I'm sure it was because, they were upset they couldn't get more money from me. My car is fine, and all that is needed, is the spark plugs and another part that I wasnt told I needed while I was there. My motor is also fine, and my car is driving fine. It's safe to say, I lost all trust from them, and I won't be returning.
