  We had a horrible experience with this local Penske. TLDR: Truck we reserved was suddenly unavailable on the morning of moving day despite calling ahead to confirm it was there. We had to drive to another town to get a moving truck from a different Penske office. Greenville agent promised to help us with the towing hookup but when we came back for this, the office had closed early with no warning. We had to drive to Raleigh the next morning to get our tow hookup; we lost 4-5 hours out of our muti-state moving day and drove an extra 100+ miles due to this office's poor service. We had called before the morning of our moving day to confirm the truck we paid for and reserved was available. The office confirmed it was ready and available. When we arrived later that morning of our moving day, we found out it had a maintenance issue so we would need another truck. Local agent said if we picked up a truck from the Penske office in the next town over and brought it back, he would help us hook up our car to it for towing. We then drove 1.5 hours round trip out of the way on moving day to get the other truck. We brought it back to the Greenville Penske office for the promised towing hookup that afternoon, only to find out the office had closed early for the day with no warning and no one was there. Long story short, we had to then drive to Raleigh the next morning to get our tow hookup. Penske customer service was also unhelpful in this situation, though the local Raleigh folks were great. Would avoid Greenville Penske at all costs - if anything goes wrong or if you have unexpected changes, they will NOT help you. Unreliable and unprofessional service.
