There was only one person at the desk, who had to continually leave to go get the vehicles outside. How there was not an additional employee available to assist is unfathomable. We had a line of 10 people needing cars. Those in the back of the line likely waited 80 minutes. Once we got to the front, we were immediately handed our keys since we had a prepaid reservation. They need to ask who has those first before making everyone wait. But Lesson learned — sprint to the National desk in the Greenville airport upon landing to save yourself an hour of your time.
