  I came in with a low pressure tire warning, come to find out I had a huge nail in my tire. They fixed and patched my tire right away with amazing customer service. The man at the front desk gave me updates and was extremely welcoming. I highly recommend!!

  This place had excellent customer service. They were quick and thorough. The price was great also. Don't walk run here for all of your automobile needs.

  Well I came in with problems with my tire pressure sensors. The receptionist was super nice and understanding to the fact I knew nothing about cars and was just regurgitating what my dad told me to say. I believe the guys name was Tim, he was really really nice and helped me work out what was most affordable for me, he also was very apologetic that my wait time (about 3 hours) was much longer than what they usually provide and checked up on me regularly in the lobby. There was another man, never caught his name, who was also up front often and calmly explained to my dad (who was on the phone and is very blunt) things that I couldn't explain right. I have great respect for everyone who helped me today, even those who I did not talk to directly.

  We are visiting for an event at the convention center and our brakes started making that horrible rubbing metal on metal when breaking noise, 5:30 on a Friday we found Mr Tire, they were able to get us in actually had the parts and got them changed. The employees stayed over an hour past their closing time to get the work completed on our vehicle. They also didn’t price gauge us as sone pledges will do when you have no option, Shout out to the employees-the mechanics and the desk assistant working 4/24 at 5:30pm.

  I recently needed Mr. Tire's services on 2 occasions. The manager at the front desk was outstanding. He was friendly,courteous, quock to respond to my auto needs. The staff also very kind and helpful. I highly recommend Mr. Tire on Ione Street, Greenville NC. This location is right off Memorial Drive.
