- PHPhysasha Harvey6 days ago1.0I would not recommend this place. I made my appointment a day in advance and the following day when I arrived to my Mr. Tire I was informed that the inspector guy was in that day. This was not an early morning appointment so it would be been nice to have gotten a courtesy call from Mr. Tire to save me the time out of my day, gas, and not to mention I had to make child care arrangements to drive all the way there.

Could customer service be any worse? I sent a message to corporate that day which was over a month ago, and have never heard a word. They obviously don’t want my business and I won’t bother them again. Probably should not have asked me to do a survey!

- ABAndre BlountJun 23, 20262.0I visited the store on Dec 13th too have four tires installed including four TPMS. Tires were changed and TPMS was inspected vs being replaced which had already been paid. I was told the computers were down that day and they couldn't verify what I had prepaid. I had to leave without getting what I had paid for in advance. Other than that issue which was never corrected the service and shop was nice.
