  rented a large cargo van for the first time to help someone move. I am 72, only 5ft 1 in. and have never driven one before. I was quite nervous when I arrived on Friday morning. I was greeted by a very nice young man who listened to me and explained everything thoroughly. He made sure he answered all of my questions and understood how to operate the vehicle and use the special side mirrors. I returned the van this morning to Nathan, who was equally nice and thorough. This is the best rental experience I have ever had, and I've had many! The van felt luxurious to me. It was clean, seats were comfortable, and the size for my moving needs was perfect! I actually enjoyed driving all the way to Wilmington and back! Im really proud and thankful that I was able to accomplish driving a cargo van at this stage in life. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

  They were very informative on exactly what was needed to rent the vehicle I needed. Even with changes in my plans; they still had options available. Great experience.
