  Don’t try to make a same day reservation online at this location. Made the reservation several hours before I arrived through the drive partner Alamo, and got an email confirmation. When I showed up (I had to wait 10 min for the girl to get back from her break) she told me that since I made the appointment same day (while referencing a paper hard copy) she didn’t have a car available for me. Never apologized, just kept explaining that she didn’t have a car because I made the booking after her cars were already booked. If you make in advance you’re probably fine, but you’re better off to go to another location if you can. The people at S Memorial Dr were much more helpful.

  E bajado más de 5 veces con mi reservación ya lista y cuando voy a buscar el vehículo nunca tienen carros disponible, llamo antes de bajar y tampoco contestan las llamadas, cuando llego a la sucursal e tenido q esperar más de 30 minutos, me atiende una mujer súper arrogante sin ganas de trabajar ni de ayudar al cliente… Debería de quedarte en tu casa si no te gusta trabajar 🙄

  Flight was delayed from Charlotte bc of mechanical issue. I arrived after it closed, no way to get car, they close at 6pm on Sunday. I go the next morning to get car to be rudely told the car has been given away bc I did not show up-- like I had any choice. Ended up ubering around for my interview over the next two days. Makes me not want to move here!!!

  I was in Greenville North Carolina, looking for a vehicle to the Outer Banks. These people helped me out tremendously both at the airport in Greenville and on the Outer Banks great customer service thank you.

  I took away 2 stars because they charge $400 deposit instead of a $300 deposit like all the other Enterprise. I gave them the 3 stars because they were the only Enterprise in Greenville who had a 3rd row SUV available at the time I needed one which saved the day!! I would use them again but just be ready to pay higher deposit if your considering renting a vehicle from them.
