    From the time walk in, the greeting was we over book. the customer service here is terrible and when they are wrong, they will not let you speak to management. She stays on the phone and listen to the situation and does not assist in anyway. My husband had a reservation and they gave his vehicles to someone else, but did not know how to answer to it manager never assist with the problem. The associate that tried to come up with every excuse, she could, but did not have an explanation of why there was not a vehicle available, which caused my husband being two days late. The people at this location does not care about anything. They seem to just stand around and just look at you like why are you here?

    I was involved in an accident where I was not at fault on 4/26/26, their insurance company set up for me to get a rental finally on 5/7/26. I called Enterprise to set up reservation for 5/9/26 because that was the only next available date they had. I have been without a car for going on 3 weeks now. I went into enterprise on 5/9/26 and the first thing the girl at the front desk said to me was they are very limited than she stated she had to step away and call her manager. After speaking with her manager she finally asked for my DL and then stated she need proof of address. After that she continue asking a lot of personal questions along with needing references. I gave her all information that was needed and then she states she needs my housing lease agreement. I explained to her that when I called and reserved I was told to bring DL, Proof of insurance and $50 deposit which I had. I caught a ride there and lived 30 minutes away and gas prices are extremely high. Her manager finally shows up and states that they will not be putting me in a vehicle and they also removed my reservation so I was unable to pick up a vehicle at another location. I walked out literally in tears and been crying all weekend due to not being able to attend my nephew graduation and not being able to celebrate Mother’s Day with my children. The only reason I could think of why they treated me that way is because I was black. The treatment was horrible, the customer service was terrible, and it is sad how people get away with treating customers poorly. Being involved in an accident that was not my fault and having to go through all of this to get a rental and still not have a rental today has caused so much stress.

    Apparently you must live in greenville city limits to rent a car. I've rented from here before with no issue not i have to live in the area. They dont accept debit cards either. They are rude as well. Never again!
