- MSMiracale SuggsSep 17, 20261.0DO NOT & I MEAN DO NOT GET A RENTAL FROM THIS STORE! THE MANAGER WILL MAKE UP LIES! SHE CHARGED ME $333 for 3 hours when I told her I needed it for a week which was $237 then proceeded to tell me that the $333 was for 3 hours and not a week after she took my payment. DON’T SAY I DIDNT WARN YOU BECAUSE THE FIRST RED FLAG : I MADE A RESERVATION for a standard vehicle, I get there they didn’t have any vehicles available, “ THE MANAGER” asked me did I want a van ( I’m confused cause did I book for a van ?? ) so I told her no I’ll be back later to get the standard vehicle like I asked. I come back to get the car for a week. Before the car was supposed to be returned I made another payment to keep it for a week on Wednesday. She claims the money bounced back, for my understanding if you’re a manager and you see I made a payment for a week and it bounced back why charge me for 3 hours for $333 ? ( she definitely beat me out of my money ) Why not ask me if I wanted to make that same payment for the week ??? Then she lied & said “ we been calling you” LIED I didn’t receive no call from enterprise, the only call I got was today which is when the vehicle is supposed to be returned. After I told her she lied to me, she then proceeded to say “ that was a mistake I wasn’t suppose to say that “ DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, THIS THE ONLY STORE THAT HAS PROBLEMS. I will be making a post to Facebook to warn others!
