  If I could give if zero stars I would. The young girl working in there wasn’t trained appropriately and didn’t know how to explain them or what she was doing. It was over all poor customer service. I kept trying to explain to her that I was the victim in a car accident and that the other man’s insurance was responsible. And when I told them that I want to take to the man because he had told me the previous day he knew what I was talking about. They didn’t tell me there names and they don’t wear name tags. It’s awful customer services. I wouldn’t have had to refer to them as man or woman had they been wearing name tags or told me their names. She got upset because I want to talk to the man. It’s awlful just awlful customer service. And they treat their customers terrible.

  Very disappointing experience at this Enterprise location in Greenville, NC. Before pickup, I called multiple Enterprise locations, including this branch twice, to confirm another individual could pick up a Family & Friends reservation. Every time, I was told it would not be an issue and that only a valid ID, license, and credit card were needed. When the renter arrived, the premium SUV originally reserved was unavailable and lower-tier vehicles were offered instead. During multiple conversations, we explained that the replacement vehicle should cost less since the premium SUV class was the highest-priced option online. However, Branch Rental Manager Janiel Bryan Jacobs repeatedly suggested the pricing could actually be higher. We were then told the reservation could not be switched under the Family & Friends rate, but that they would “do us a favor” by price matching. After leaving, we checked Enterprise’s own website and discovered the same minivan category was listed for around $452, while we were charged about $625 plus a $300 hold. The lack of transparency and conflicting information throughout the process made this an extremely frustrating experience. Please be careful and check online pricing before agreeing to anything here, especially if the original vehicle reserved is unavailable and you are placed into a lower-tier vehicle

  Just spoke with someone at the Greenville-Memorial location after getting hung up on 4x in a row finally speak with someone and he was rude and act as if he didn't understand what i was saying about my rental coverage. And just hung the phone up again instead of asking me was there anything else he can help me with. Please do better.
