  I bought a car from Doug Henry and while driving it we noticed a few issues wrong w it and Doug Henry agreed to have them fixed and told me to go to bells fork FOUR weeks ago. I went and they kept my car from 9:30a-5p and said they’d fixed the AC and the brake light but as they were backing it out we noticed that both break lights were out now. They rigged it up and told me they had to order a new windshield fluid reservoir and sockets for the tail lights and said they’d order it and call me and it’s been a month and I’ve called and left many voicemails and they have not called me back and haven’t fixed what was supposed to be fixed. Idk if it was Doug Henry telling them not to fix it but either way,the lack of communication is what I’m upset about. I am not happy with how things have played out and I wish they would’ve handled it more professionally.

  I have been going to this place as it has changed its name and owners hands several times. The one person I have grown to trust is Sherry Craft! I was so excited to know she would continue with new owners as she is very dependable and very honest. I have not ever been disappointed with Sherry. She has excellent customer service! She has so much experience and knowledge which I have grown to appreciate. I have told her if she ever leaves, i will follow her and take my business with her! Trustworthiness is the key for me, and I trust her greatly! She is keeper no doubt! Thanks Sherry Craft for all you do!
