  Very disappointing experience with Alamo at Greenville Airport. The car I reserved and the car I received was a total joke. I had to wait around 30 minutes at the counter, even though it was only 10 AM and there was no one else there. That level of service is simply not acceptable. I was also told that if I waited a few more hours, I might get a better car, unless the car I was being given was the only option available. However, when I went to the parking lot, I could clearly see more than 10 other cars available. So I’m not sure why I was given that explanation. To make matters worse, I was told the car was fully fueled, but it was approximately 4 gallons below full. I should not have to verify basic things that the rental company has already confirmed. Overall, a very frustrating experience. The long wait, the condition of the rental process, and the misleading information about both the car availability and fuel level were extremely disappointing. I expected much better from Alamo and would seriously reconsider renting from this location again.

  made an online reservation and received a confirmation, but when I arrived at the location at 9 am on Friday , I was told that no vehicles were available. If there were no cars available, why was my reservation accepted in the first place? What made the experience even worse was the unprofessional and rude attitude of the staff. Instead of trying to help or offer a solution, they treated the situation as if it was not their problem. This was a complete waste of my time and extremely frustrating. A reservation should mean something. I would not recommend this location to anyone until they improve their customer service and honor confirmed reservations. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

  If I had the option to leave no stars I would. How is that they don’t know what cars are in inventory? Why is that you’re allowed to book reservations TO RESERVE a car…..just to get there for no car. I booked 3 reservations due to the fact that each time there was never a car available……thanks Alamo for not being reliable and ruining my trip!
