    I’ve always had a good experience at this location, but today was exceptional. The staff was very helpful, especially May! She was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She changed my battery for me and my car is running smoothly now. Would recommend this location to anyone.

    I have been in the parking lot as instructed for over an hour waiting on someone to test my battery that I already know needs to be replaced. When I walk in the store to see if he remembers I’m outside everyone is in the back of the store having the time of their lives. Disappointed.

    The customer service at this store was extremely disappointing. The manager, Christy, was terrible to deal with, she was unprofessional, dismissive, and made no real effort to address or resolve the issue. Leadership sets the tone for customer experience, and unfortunately this interaction reflected a clear lack of professionalism and proper customer service training.
