  ★★★★★ I had such a great experience at Zips, and Medina was a huge part of that! She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely took the time to make sure I understood all of my options. She answered all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process feel effortless. I have had problems with other car washes in the past so was a bit questionable, but after trying zips today, I think my opinion has now been changed. It’s not often you come across someone who is that attentive and genuinely cares about making sure customers have a great experience. Medina went above and beyond, and her customer service really stood out to me. Zips is lucky to have her on their team! I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope she knows how much her kindness and helpfulness are appreciated.

  Was visiting family in NC. I visited Zip car wash. I was attended by Ms. Medina she was very kind and professional she offered various members plans. She was very helpful the place was clean great hospitality, great service. Ms. Medina as I observed she made sure the area of the vacumes was cleaned, garbage cans were not overflowing with garbage, she made sure the rags were cleaned and the dirty ones removed. Ms. Medina is a very kind and helpful lady who gives her all to help all that come to Zips car wash . She is an amazing lady. Thank you Ms. Medina for the great service received by you and the great work you do. Your amazing keep up the great work.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing experience every single time I come to Zip Car Wash! The entire team is friendly, professional, and always makes me feel welcome. The car wash itself does an excellent job, and my vehicle always comes out looking spotless. I especially want to recognize Medina, the manager. She goes above and beyond to make sure every customer is taken care of. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and dedication to providing outstanding customer service really stand out. It's clear she takes pride in her team and in making sure every visit is a great one.
