Basically had to clean the truck by hand. Included tire shine, was told I could grab more if needed, they didn’t have any available. Trash service and quality, save your $20 and go somewhere else

Car wash was decent, not all of the equipment was working inside the wash tunnel. Equipment was well stocked to clean the inside of the car. Customer service was even better with Mariana providing a couple of car fresheners.

Pulled in today and didn’t know there was a promotion going on. Mariana was so sweet and informative! I honestly didn’t know there was a membership either… she walked me through it all & I didn’t feel pressured to signup! She was great… definitely got my membership!!! Thank you again!!!

Usually this place is pretty average. It just so happens to be a convenient location for me so I use it pretty often even though the prices are higher than others for the premium wash. When there today and the whole front of my car was missed. It's like it didn't recognize my car was there until it saw the windshield, then it would dump soap/wax. It didn't even put tire shine on the front tires. I know they just did some work on this place and maybe something got adjusted incorrectly in the process, it's like a sensor is located too high or something. Pretty disappointed.

Still the worst drive through car wash in Greensboro. The sign out front says upgraded. The only thing upgraded was the paint. Car wash still does not dry car. No pre brush scrubbing of windows or grille. I tried the car wash to check "upgrade". There is no upgrade. NEVER, NEVER WILL I RETURN EVEN THOUGH IT IS LESS THEN A MILE FROM MY HOUSE.
