  My experience at Zips car wash was amazing! Mariana greeted me immediately! She was very nice and very helpful! I was originally coming to get just a basic $12 wash but she informed me about the $10 special they were having which included more than a basic wash it included the works tire shine and all! I was extremely happy! She definitely made me smile! ☺️

  Shoutout to Trey at Zips Car Wash! He provided excellent customer service, was friendly and professional, & made the whole experience easy. Employees like him make a difference. Definitely deserves recognition!

  My experience at Zips off Holden Rd was ( A/1). The manger demonstrated outstanding professionalism and was able to answer any questions I may have had , as it pertained to my services. The environment was clean and friendly. I would say that it’s the best one in Greensboro without a doubt.

  Today two ladies assisted ne with my app and explaining my points and hiw the membership works with the changes I wanted to make. Great customer service! The gentleman there held the door on my departure. Impressed.

  I had such an amazing experience, and I truly cannot say enough good things about Aidan! From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful, professional, patient, and genuinely kind. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, informed, and taken care of throughout the entire experience. Aidan was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed or like I was being a bother. He explained everything clearly, made sure I understood my options, and was more than willing to help whenever I needed it.You can really tell when someone actually cares about providing great customer service, and Aidan definitely does! What stood out to me the most was his attitude. He was friendly, respectful, attentive, and made the entire process so much easier than I expected it to be. Even when I had questions or needed additional assistance, he remained patient and helpful. That level of customer service is honestly hard to find these days. I left feeling extremely satisfied with my experience, and Aidan is a huge reason why. He is truly an asset to the company, and I hope his hard work and dedication are recognized because he deserves it!If you have the opportunity to work with Aidan, I highly recommend him.
